I had e-mail accounts "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" and "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***".
I didn't use that accounts very often except I use SkyDrive to put some (big) pictures for my son's school website (http://96-ratkovukicevic.co.nr/).
I probably didn't logon on my live.com accounts more than a year and now I can't login. Like somebody took my account (login name "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" still exist, but not with my password). I think I didn't forgot my password. I tried to reset password, but without
success because 'reset e-mail' is sent to e-mail address which is unknown to me (something like st*****@web.de ???).
So, maybe, because of my inactivity, my account was deleted and after that somebody (with same name like me) regularly took that login name ?
But, when I go to my son's school website, I still can access to pictures from my SkyDrive.
For example, one of the picture is:

So, how it is possible ? If my account is deleted, my SkyDrive should be deleted too ? Or my account still exists, but I have problem with password ?
How can I prove that this is my account ? I didn't send or receive e-mails from/to "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" so I have not enough information to validate my account ownership through "Recover your Microsoft account" submit form (I tied to do that two time, but without success).
I used only SkyDrive and I know that I open my account long time ago and also, I remember that, when Microsoft decided to reduce SkyDrive space to 7GB per user, I had the possibilities (because I was one of "old, existing users" of SkyDrive) to keep 25GB and
I used that possibilities, so my SkyDrive space was 25GB.
Can you help me to recover my access to SkyDrive account ?

I have my own domain for email which I just forward to a Gmail account (at the moment). However, I'd like to start using my Outlook mail account instead of Gmail but I want to be able to send from it as if it were coming from my own domain.

Creating, sending and reading mails in the new format work correctly. However, if I click on a link within an email in order to reply, I get the follwing:
"Connection to the Microsoft exchange is not available. Outlook must be on-line or connected."
Then there is box that appears called Microsft Exchange with a server name of MSN.com and the error comment of:"Cannot start Microft Office because the outlook.ost folder does not exist".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a problem with Skydrive and outlook at the same time.
Somebody has sent me an email with some images attached from Skydrive. Unfortunately this person has deleted either the album or the photos so I cant see them in my email. Of course the directive link says that the album has been deleted.
Is there any way of retrieving these pictures?? I a pretty sure the answer is no but since it is something so important to me (it is evidence for the court) I thought it is worth the try.

Four days a go outlook.com stopped working correctly, I was in my emails when 76 Junk mail came in to the junk folder.
Then outlook.com started playing up, now I can not get the page up correctly . The appears like a computer read out, everything in a long list.
I have cleared all internet settings, removed internet explorer 9 and reinstalled it, removed Microsoft Silverlight and reinstalled the lasted verson, and disabled in Add ons as one chap has wrote on here.
I have even done a restore back two weeks, and nothing.
Everything is working in my Gmail and Yahoo accounts though, can anyboby help please ?

I am intrigued by Sky Drive but am unable to get off of square 1. Are there any tutorials?
I can no longer use my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** address and thus created a xxxx.live.de address. I would like to close the first one and keep the 25GB storage. I read the messages in the forum such as linking the 2 addresses or creating aliases but this does not help.
I want to use only one address which is the new one. Thxs for your help.

I am not sure if anyone is able to help as I have both email and called microsoft getting flung between departments with no definite solution so here is my problem and thank-you in advance for those who are going to reply.
The problem is my email client 'Outlook 2013', Windows Live Mail for windows 8, Email on android etc. All don't show emails from my boss. There no existent, don't appear, not even unread. However, when I log onto outlook.com they are there - it seams everyone elses emails are coming through fine. I sent her 1 email and the one she replied to worked, but her group emails aren't coming in.
I have removed all filters, removed all blocked and approved email address and no avail yet. I was wondering if anyone could help with the issue, it seams to be a problem with outlook.com connecting her emails to any email client.
