How do I find out if an email address is blocked if it is on my safe list and not on my blocked list? I have no way of finding anyone to contact to check this out. I receive some emails from the address but not particular ones which are sent out automatically.

Running Windows Vista. SkyDrive icon is suddenly dark and did not automatically activate as per usual when starting up my laptop this morning. It says "not signed in" -- so, I've signed in to my Microsoft account, but not sure where to go from here. Why would I suddenly be signed out? How do I activate Skyrive again? Thanks for any help.
I have been trying without success to recover access to my hotmail account after it was, unfortunately taken over by hackers and used to send out SPAM. I have tried to use the form for "Recover your Microsoft account" but have been rejected. Unfortunately
the proposed rememdy of, "sign up for a new account" won't work for me as I have just had promotional materials printed up with my hotmail address on them and it will be costly to have them re-printed with a new address.
