All Hotmail emails are gone

I am also one of your statistics now.

After many years without hassle from Hotmail I have now lost years of important information thanks to Microsoft Outlook which I did not need or want in the first place!

 

Whenever the Inbox gets a little full somewhere something decides it is time to pack the emails into a POP file.

When the next time it decides to pack them away, it empties the current POP folder and places the later emails in there. Where do my old emails go?

 

I should decide when and how I should clean my folders after all I am paying for this service.

 

I sincerely hope you can recover my files.

 

I have read your recommendations and suggestions on other threads!

NB: Going into my deleted folder will only undelete the files that I have deleted - not the ones in the POP folder that you have deleted.

All my settings were also as you recommend.

 

I would like to know who had the right and authority to remove these files without my consent. I had some important legal documents kept there since I thought they would be safe. I often email myself to keep important information. Stupid Me!

 

If you can't recover my emails and are unable to prevent and guarantee this "automatic POP" folder from deciding to clean out my Inbox, I will find somebody who can provide a secure service, even if it costs more!

Outlook.com service suspended – Pending DNS Configuration

Please help. I have configured the MX records as required and I have checked using a DNS lookup to ensure they are set correctly (more than 48 hours ago now) but the control panel still says Pending DNS configuration. Could you possibly investigate please?

Change server settings on Outlook for Android

I inadvertently did not select "leave a copy of the message on the server" when I set up outlook on my android phone.  Now I either receive e-mails on the phone or on my computer, but not both - not good.  I can't seem to find how to change the setting on the phone.

Import photos to Photo Gallrey

When attempting to import photos From my camera or XD card to Photo Gallery the pictures are displayed , but when I click on " import" I get a message "Error occurred............ACCESS DENIED". This just started happening. I`ve imported 100`s of pictures using this system.

I had my hotmail account accessed without my knowledge, and I need to know IP addresses or location of access in last several days.
Is there any way of doing so. I have restarted my password and regained control over my account, but I still want to know who tried to access it.

A outlook folder has suddenly disappeared. How can I get it and it’s contents back?

I had a folder named Friends that I held emails from friends over the years to keep them separated from the in-box. It is suddenlt gone and not in my deleted folder or mixed in any of the other folders. Can I get it back from one of the Microsoft servers and if so how?

Not receiving forwarded emails

I am also having trouble receiving emails that are forwarded from my work account.

I set up my work account to forward to my live.com address. In the last several weeks I have failed to receive a number of important emails. This is not a good thing.

Between this and the limited functionality of the calendar, I'm about to go back to Gmail. I'd rather have a company that reads my email than one that loses it entirely. I'm tired of looking unprofessional because Microsoft can't get the bugs worked out.
