i cant delete an old pop3 account

On step 5 I don't have a remove option. I get manage aliases option only. Which taken me to my Microsoft account notification settings.

Blank Outlook & Facebook Page Display

After I start my Explorer session my home page of MSN comes up fine.  However when I go to open my Outlook I get the Outlook name on teh tab and the circling icon showing it is opening.  When the circling icon stops and displays the page is entirely blank.  I can open all of my other favorites and pre-sets just fine but the Outlook is entirely blank as is my Facebook page.  I have tried deleting the browser history, reset compatibility views and gone through the Fix It program with no change.  It was working just fine two days ago.  Yesterday this started and I can't seem to get it fix.  I have tried typing in the web page adddress in the address bar with no luck.  Even on MyMSN page where my email displays in a side frame I can not open Outlook from there.  Same result.

I have tried to close my account and it says that I have billing subscriptions that need to be canceled first.  I know I dont have any and cant close my account because of something I don't have.  Please fix this account already.

Would Windows Essentials be available for Windows 8.1?

Hello!

 

I would like to know if the Windows Essentials desktop applications would be available for Windows 8.1.

 

Presently I am running Windows 8 Pro and am using the Windows Essentials 2012 desktop applications.

 

In any case, would I be able to run them after upgrading (or rather updating) to Windows 8.1 or would I have to install them again (as well as other desktop applications)?

 

Further, I have created two partitions on my PC's HDD and the SkyDrive desktop app' is installed on the 'D:' drive and now that SkyDrive would be integrated even more deeply on Windows 8.1, would it be possible for me to continue using SkyDrive over the 'D:' drive as I am using it now or do I have to create a new set-up (over the existing one) during the upgrade? Are there any chances of duplication of files during this process?

 

Furthermore, at present, I have more than 5 GB of files on my SkyDrive and after I upgrade to Windows 8.1, would all those files remain available for offline access or do I have to enable offline access for them individually?

As instructed, I was told to make a new question regarding  the rename of an alias from an old live ID domain to the outlook.com domain.  Outlook mail will not load and I get a web page that states "we are updating your inbox, please wait a few minutes and try again. Problems Setting Up Microsoft Skydrive or Skydrive Pro 2013

Hello.

 For the last couple Months I've been trying to use either software (Microsoft Skydrive or Skydrive Pro 2013) but none won't work for my laptop (Windiows 7 OS)

For Microsoft SkyDrive, I had downloaded, installed and uninstalled the app, several time. After installing it, I Opened it, the Welcome screen comes up with the "Get Started Button". When I select it, the screen displays "loading" for a few seconds, then goes blank until you close the app. (it never comes off the blank screen- so no setup is done)

For SkyDrive Pro 2013, it came with the Office 2013 package I got. However, when I am trying using it, it is asking "Which Library do you want to sync?". I research and found out it has something to do with an URL/SharePoint location, but how do I create or find this specific location.

I would appreciate if someone could assist me with some vital information to solve this problem. Otherwise, i would just have to use another cloud service to sync my work.

I am in the process of changing service providers; my new service provider in WOW cable, internet, TV.  I am using Wow server to get my e-mails; however I added a wowway e-mail account and used the procedures in Windows 8 to add the the new account.  However, I am unable to receive my e-mail in my outlook box when I use my new e-mail address.  I can go to the WOW portal and retrieve e-mails but I need to get them in my outlook in-box.  The account is set up properly, my microsoft is connected and active.  I need help on this.
