I was locked out of my Hotmail account on Mon 7th Oct, receiving the message that I need to verify who I was. The contact e-mail on my account was out of date so I filled in the questionnaire and used a friends email address to receive the reply. I got an email saying I had provided enough information and that an email with a new password had been sent. This email has never been received, but when I try to sign in it says the password has been changed. I have tried using the sign in with a single use access code 3 times but have never received a code. I have filled in the questionnaire at least twice more only to be told that I haven't provided enough information despite the first one saying that I had.

I tried phoning customer services only to be told that they can't help me. I have had to create a new account just to be able to post this question as all pages of supposed help lead back to the signing in page, not much use when you have been locked out of your account.

What am I supposed to do? This system doesn't work.

Why can't I send new emails? 

I can reply to emails without a problem, but if I want to write a new email in a new thread, I can only enter a subject heading.  The email automatically saves as draft before any message can be typed into the body of the email.  If I open the message under "Drafts" and click "Continue writing", the same happens again.

Outlook.com on my Samsung Note 2 is not syncing with Outlook.com in my desktop browser. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
I AM BEGGING FOR ASSISTANCE FROM MICROSOFT.  PLEASE DON'T ASK ME TO FILL OUT THE ONLINE QUESTIONAIRE - IT DOES NOT WORK IN MY CASE BECAUSE THE HACKER HAS CHANGED MY PHONE NUMBER, MY ALTERNATE EMAIL ADDRESS, ETC SO MICROSOFT KEEPS DENYING ME (the actual account owner) ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT.  I HAVE HAD MY EMAIL ADDRESS SINCE EMAIL WAS FIRST INTRODUCED INTO THIS WORLD.  I NEED SOMEONE FROM YOUR ADVANCE TEAM TO LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME.  I HAVE BEEN GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES WITH MICROSOFT FOR DAYS NOW - I NEED ADVANCED HELP AND NOT JUST FILLING OUT THE QUESTIONAIRE.

 I HAVE ALL THE CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE MICROSOFT SUPPORT TEAM EACH TIME I FILLED OUT THE QUESTIONAIRE.  I AM CONSTANTLY BEING DENIED WHEN I AM THE RIGHTFUL OWNER OF THIS ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1  THIS IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR - THESE HACKERS ARE COMMITTING CRIMES AGAINST INNOCENT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!


I recently stopped getting email notifications from the channels I subscribed to on Youtube. I've checked all my subscriptions on Youtube, to make sure that I do have the box checked to receive email notifications when a video is posted. No changes have been made there. Everything has been working fine, since the change from Hotmail to Outlook, but for the last few weeks, I haven't been getting any emails from Youtube. 

I go to the Hotmail sign in and it takes me with no account entry nor password to one of my outlook accounts.  I need to access my two other accounts I have but it won't let me.  Help.  How do I stop this automatic default to only one of my accounts?
