When I install the skydrive desktop app it syncs with no problems but the next time I turn on my laptop it doesn't sync and I can't see any way to log in. The icon then doesn't appear in the toolbar though I have customised it so that it should show. The
folder is present but it is very much an offline folder. The only way I have currently found to make it sync is to uninstall and reinstall it. Obviously this is annoying and impractical. What would you suggest?

My family had a whole box full of 16mm movies on short reels. About four years ago I spliced them all together on to four large reels in random order thinking I could easily put them into some kind of order after they were digitized. I ended up with
four video clips 12.6 GB in size that run for about an hour each. Using Windows Movie Maker I was easily able to select out several short clips from the large clips and combine them into a 476 MB movie that ran for about 15 minutes. I have been asked by
family members to break the large files down into several more shorter movies. Unfortunately I am now using a Windows 7 64 bit OS. I downloaded the current Movie Maker and am totally mystified because it is so different than what I used before. Is it even
possible to do what I need to do now? I made a couple of efforts, but could not get past the limit of splitting the file into only two parts.
I cannot find emails from one particular person from March 2013. I know I haven't deleted the emails however I can still find my replies.

I have a Samsung Galaxy3 and had to do a wipe and restart and reinstall all apps. I am trying to add my Hotmail acct to my cell and I enter the correct username/email and password (it works on my PC) but when I enter that info on my cell App it comes back with user name and password incorrect and/or cant be authenticated from server. Why is this happening and how do I fix it. I didn't have this issue before I had to wipe my phone.
I am getting the error below with my Exchange Friends and Family account that was just migrated to Office 365. I cannot access email from Outlook.com. I cannot access email from my Windows 8 Phone. I have can access my admin page from portal.microsoftonline.com, but get the same error message when I click on the Outlook tab. I get the same error when I go to mail.office365.com. I am able to access email from the Windows 8 mail app. According to the email I received, the upgrade occurred on Oct 10. I have not had access to email, except via the Windows 8 mail client, since Wednesday, October 9. It is the same for all users on my domain. I have found several threads and tried the fixes of clearing cache and tried logging in via the websites listed above.

I cannot sign into my Hotmail account on my I-Pad. When I go to get my password in it tells me that is not my password. I have never changed my password for Hotmail. How do I get into my Hotmail account to change the password? I can get into it on
my computer. I do not have a problem there. Is there someplace in my Hotmail that I can go into to change the password. I can't find anyplace to do that.
