Dear Microsoft Support Moderators,
Please kindly help me as my hotmail account has been hacked, deleted and now appear to not exist anymore. No matter how many times I've tried to recover using the recovery page provided on microsoft website for compromised hotmail account it always tells me
that my microsoft account never exists :(
My hotmail account that has been hacked is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I have been using that account since 2005, can you imagine how many important e-mails in my inbox and outbox are and that account has also been linked to my facebook,, blackberry id, linkedin.com, and
other important personal devices and websites.
It happened yesterday morning when suddenly I cant logged in to my facebook account using my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which is the primary e-mail address attached to my facebook account and at the same time I received several notifications sent to my alternate e-mail address
from the facebook team informing me that I have requested to change my password using my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** while I never did that and it took seconds for the hacker to removed my secondary e-mail address attached to my facebook account where the notifications also
sent to my secondary e-mail address. As soon as I felt something had gone wrong, I tried to log in to my facebook account using my mobile phone number which thanks God I had linked to my facebook account last year, soon after the facebook team sent me a pass
code thru SMS to my mobile phone number I managed to gain access to my facebook account, to my suprise, the hacker had changed the primary e-mail address attached to my facebook account with his e-mail and had randomly chatted with my facebook friends asking
them to transfer a sum of money, It's really crazy and awful day yesterday. I soon recovered my compromised alternate e-mail address attached to my facebook account and changed it became my primary e-maill address attached to my facebook account and deleted
the hacker e-mail address that was attached as primary e-mail address on my facebook account.
However I cant recover my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** until now which was supposed to be my primary e-mail address attached to my facebook acount, I had submitted a report yesterday to Microsoft support team and got a ticket number 1220016140 and got several replied from them
but none of them can solve my problem until finally the refer me to this page as they said Microsoft Support Moderators are more capable of handling my case. At first they thought I might have forgotten my own e-mail address, or mistyped it but after I showed
them a screen shoot of the e-mail sent by facebook which was sent to my alternate e-mail address that informed me that I have requested a password change using my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** they realized that my address is not mistyped or I have forgotten my id which is
impossible as I am using it on daily basis and received push e-mails from that account on my blackberry device daily.
Please moderators kindly restore my account back and all the contents, lots of important information for me inside. Tell me what should I do, I am very willing to cooperate to prove that I am really the owner of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
PS: I am now using newly created *** Email address is removed for privacy *** because I cant post any question to this web without log in
When logging in to Hotmail.com, I was presented with standard screen. I discovered folders were missing from my INBOX. I can search and find the Folders and read mail and I can move emails to the Folders and they are there.
They just do not show in the Inbox. Can someone provide advice on how to recover these Folders.
I want to sync my outlook (hotmail.com) account across my macbook, ipad & iphone so that when I delete an email on one device it will delete simultaneously across all my devices. Currently I have to delete each email 3 times to clear it on all my devices,
this is time too time consuming.
I sign in then in 5-10 minutes asks me to resign in again and this is getting point where I may have to ditch microsoft outlook as my email provider?
I am using XP and getting new computer and have great speed Fios 75 MB.

I am using Windows 8.1 with Skydrive built in. I have the Skydrive app on my start up page and when I click on it, it states I am not logged in. Why is this?

Whenever I try deleting my email account, it says that first I need to cancel any paid services with Microsoft and then deactivate my hotmail account. I have never had any paid services with Microsoft through this hotmail account. When I follow the link
provided to the billing section there is a list of products to choose from. I do not know which product to choose since I have never had any paid services. Therefore, I am unable to continue. Please help.
I don't have an internet enabled mobile phone so I use my Windows 7 laptop and my Windows 8 PC. I have Hotmail set as my home page in Internet Explorer and in there all I get are the default folders and one email saying "Outlook Team. Welcome to Outlook".
NOTHING else!
However, I CAN still read all my Hotmail emails in Safari, FireFox and Google Chrome, but I shouldn't have to - especially since I'm not good at remembering passwords and I have to sign in again. I want to get them back again in Internet Explorer!
My inbox used to have thousands of saved messages dating back many years. Now everything is missing before 9/27 or so. Other folders have messages back as far as March or April of 2013 but everything beyond that is missing as well.
I tried undelete in my Deleted folder but that only brought back messages after the 26th of September.
I didn't think to backup this account. Is there a way to download the entire account?
Is there a way to restore this content?
