Tried the suggestions “To add contacts in a group” Does not work because #2. does not respond as indicated. What now?

Trying to add contacts in a group:

 

#1. Sign in here. did that

#2. Under People logo on the upper left portion of the page, you will notice "All" label with dropdown arrow. There is no dropdown arrow on my screen and there is no response when I attempt to click on "All", therefore I cannot complete the steps #3-#6.

 

Everything is blocked because of #2.  Any suggestions?

Hello,

My clients who use Outlook do not get my website's emails. They come in, register and do not get conformation letters and therefore cannot take full advantage of this site. I know there are some serious anti-spam measures Outlook takes to prevent spam through going through and am wondering what are the steps to take for my business to no longer be considered a hazardous email sender.

Restore Damaged Files

Hi all,

Yesterday (10/13/2013) my laptop was infected by a malicious virus and all of my personal files were damaged (they all got set to 0 bytes). Unfortunately, the changes were synced to skydrive and now the damage has spread to 3 of my other machines. I was wondering if there's anyway that the changes made last night could be reverted so I can recover the files.

I'm running Windows 8 on a Core i7 machine.

Unable to hear music on soundtrack for my project

Having saved a project I had been working on for ages, I was able to open it up later, I saw the video clips and the graphics for the music. I am able to see the movie but unable to hear the music, my speakers are on and working fine I just cant hear the soundtrack to my video. Please help!

How can I get my original hotmail.com address back as primary alias?

I tried to create a new primary alias instead of my existing hotmail.com alias. I removed my existing Hotmail.com alias as my primary alias, then removed it as alias by accident. I really want the hotmail.com alias back to be my primary alias as it was my motel business email. I am really concerned, and How can I add back my hotmail.com alias as primary alias.

Outlook stopped syncing on WP8

My outlook.com email had been syncing fine but on Saturday stopped working. The email app says it syncs and is up to date, but it's not as the web shows newer emails.

I have unchecked the sync email box, rebooted and then re checked it but to no avail.

I see it's a common issue and may be back end related.

I use a Lumia 1020 

Outlook desktop contacts and calendar will not sync with outlook.com app on Samsung Note 3.

I am unable to properly set up the sync between my Desktop Outlook contacts and calendar with the outlook.com app on my android Samsung Note 3.  Although I had a Hotmail acct many years ago, I set up a new Microsoft acct to handle this.  Sync displays as having taken place but no data comes across to the Note 3.  Feel like an idiot in that I cannot figure out the problem on what should be a simple setup process.  Anyone have any tips or fixes for a guy like me obviously suffering brain lock today.  Thanks in advance.

Can send but not receive emails in my Windows Live Mail

Over the last couple weeks I have been having a problem with Windows Live Mail. I can send but cannot receive emails. When I hit "send/receive" I keep getting an error message saying:

 

Unable to send or receive messages for the ------------ account.

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

 

I have removed my account and then created a new account and this seems to fix the problem temporarily until it happens again. It takes me over 2 hours to create a new account due to the time it takes to import all my emails into Windows Live Mail so I would like to NOT have to do this every few days.

 

Is there any permanent fix to this problem? I've been using Windows Live for many years and only have had this start happening since I got a new laptop that is running Windows 8 in the last month.
