Thank you.

My SkyDrive account was shut down two days ago for "suspicious activity or a violation of Microsoft's Terms of Use agreement or Code of Conduct." I have filled out the contact form and received no response (I have the ticket numbers handy). I am somewhat confused about this as I had received a notice like this earlier in the week, and upon follow up was told "We have received a recent request to reactivate your account, however, when we checked we noticed that your account does not appear to be closed. We have also reexamined the content and have determined that the files are not in violation of the Microsoft COC or TOU".
I would greatly appreciate some assistance in sorting this out.
I have been using skydrive for a while now and never had any issue. I have a windows 8 computer and am logged in to I. I am also using office 2013 and am logged in on that to (the same account) today when I turned on my computer on the little skydrive icon, there was an X. when I click on it it say " files weren't uploaded to skydrive". for some reason they refuse to upload, I did what the instructions said and it still did not upload, I am very upset about this because I have been a loyal Microsoft customer for a long time. this has me thinking of switching over to a more reliable os were this type of thing does not happen. please help me if u can, I really need this up and running for school.
I have created a temporary e-mail address and forgot what it was. I later had some critical information sent to that e-mail address (purchase license code).
Is there a way to recover the e-mail address associated to the account that I have indicated as alternative (other) during sign up process? I know the alternative account, security questions and password, but not the email address to which I probably made a spello and didnt notice.
Thanks!
