I am not able to receive emails from our account. I can send them, but we seem to be restricted from receiving emails temporarily. Here is a message received.

Mail rejected by Outlook for policy reasons. The mail server IP connecting to Outlook has exhibited namespace mining behavior. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.

 

How can we fix this?

I have been using Outlook.com calendar to keep all our family appointments and my business trips in one place so we can each access what is going on from our various PC's and smarthpones and this has worked fine for around 6 months.  Recently however, items that I have been putting onto the Metro calendar app on my PC are not appearing either on my iphone, other family PC's OR outlook.com calendar (via the web).  Items put on by my wife on her PC are uploading fine (also on the Metro Calendar app).  Any ideas what is going on and how I can fix this?

I am able to login & send mail but not able to receive the mail.
I can send email out but I cannot receive any email for my another hotmail.com.hk account.

I tried to use Gmail and Yahoo to send to my hotmail address, but I cannot receive the testing email and there is no bounce back at Gmail and Yahoo, the testing email is just "disappeared".

Could you help?

I am having some trouble getting domains.live.com to detect the MX changes I have made on my custom domain so I can start using my email.
I have been trying for a week, any help would be greatly appreciated. I would prefer to discuss details in a private message.

Depuis ce matin, je ne reçois plus d'emails sur mon compte.
J'ai cru dans un premier temps m'être fait pirater mais je parviens à me connecter à mon compte et à voir ma boîte de réception. Cependant, aucun des emails que mes contacts m'ont envoyé ce matin n'apparaît.
L'ensemble de mes messages est transféré sur une boîte gmail mais ils n'apparaissent pas non plus par ce biais.
Que faire ?

I have sent test emails from both my work email addresses and I even sent a test email from my own hotmail.co.uk address to myself and got a friend to send one to me and I am still not receiving emails. 

I have checked filters and there is nothing there. I have also added my work email to the safe senders list and resent an email and still not received it. The emails are not in the junk folder either.

I can send emails fine however.

I have just set up a new hotmail.co.uk account and I cannot send or receive e-mail. I have sent tests from and to other accounts and also tried e-mailing myself with no result.

This is a new account so I can't see it being a settings problem. 

Could someone please look into this for me.

I try to recover it, but it keeps saying too many attempts have been made and I'm uable to recover the control of my hotmail, and the hacker keeps sending spams to all my contacts
Any suggestions how to retake control of my hacked hotmail account?
