I am not recieving mail to a hotmail.com alias.
I do not have a separate folder for this alias as it used to be my primary account before the change to outlook.com
I have not received any emails this morning. I have tried emailing myself and that doesn't get through either. I've tried deleting cookies and restarting, etc, but to no avail. Please help.

Since one week all my old(er) emails are gone. I had approx 6 pages of email in my Hotmail inbox and suddenly everything is gone and the oldest email is from only a week ago. What happened to my older emails and how do I get it back?
In Mail on my Mac I can still see these emails but when I sign in online, they're all gone. I didn't delete them by mistake
I have checked I have the most up to date software, cleared my cache etc but still no mail - please help

I'm trying to find a nice new address for Outlook.com mail account. So far, all the ones I've tried are already taken. Other providers display a list of possible names. Does the account setup procedure provide this somewhere?

All my appointments on my Metro Calendar app (am using windows 8 PC) are showing as white with a thin horizontal bar of the assigned colour at the very end. The assigned colour is showing as the text colour in the white box. It's almost as if it's transposed. Any ideas how to change this?

account not inactive. all sent emails vanished. not deleted. ???
Further to this - I guess it seems a bit brief - well what happened was in the few seconds between sending an email and going to sent folder all my emails had disappeared except the one I had just done.
So even if it turns out that a hacker is the cause - could SOMEONE from microsoft PLEASE let me know?
I sent myself an email so i can access it when i get home - but i forgot to compress the file attachment before sending. (and the attachment is 96.9KG ahhhhh!!!!) It has not appeared in my inbox and is stopping any other emails coming through to my inbox.What
can i do? I desperately need to use my emails.
