can’t access my emails

Hi , I keep getting this message:

 

 

Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.
 
 
My friends can access their emails so it just seems to be me! Any help much appreciated.

I am on Microsoft hot mail with Microsoft exchange server. On occasions I attempt to place a e mail on a windows Microsoft outlook and I get a message that says exchange unavailable-outlook must be on line to complete.  I don't understand what to do?

Recover of password for domain inside domains.live.com

Nature of Business: Insurance, real estate

Location: India, Mumbai

 

We would like to reset a password for one of the user in this domain can you please enable the password reset option in the admin center. So that we can give new password to a user.

Email SkyDrive hacked and changed identifying info

My (former) hotmail and skydrive account was hacked

and after several attempts to recover, realized whoever took

this over, changed the alternate email (for password reset) to their own at

Yahoo.com (I do not own a yahoo account).  So it appears

they may have  changed location, phone, email and reset questions so

nothing appears to be my initial information.  (automated email

indicates I do not have enough information verifying that this

account belongs to me.)

  I just want by Skydrive pictures.   Possible to

retrieve them into my "new" hotmail/outlook email?

 

 

 

Microsoft account deleted

Hi, i have not been using my old account for quite a while, so it was automatically deleted. I tried to recreate it but @windowslive.com domain is no longer available. I would really need that account back because it is a-password-reset-email. Is it possible to recreate it? Please help.

Feature request page for Windows Live Mail

Hi,

hope I'm right here ... Is there a page where I can submit feature requests for Windows Live Mail (regular client, not Hotmail)?

I like it a lot, but there are some features I'm missing, though:

  • Possibility to (always) see (and be able to copy) the email address instead of the contact name in the "from" and "to" columns, i.e. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** instead of "John Brown". Yes, I know, it is possible to see (and copy) it by right-clicking and selecting "properties". But in many cases you need the email address itself, and the way mentioned is quite tedious.
  • Possibility to define a "reply-to" email address when sending an email, on a per-email-basis (not "statically" bound to an account), like it is already possible with CC and BCC.
  • Free or low-cost programming API (preferably in C#), so it may be possible to extend Windows Live Mail myself.

Apart from the third suggestion, IMHO it shouldn't be a big deal to integrate them (being a developer myself). Maybe, some of these features already exist and I just did not find them. Please tell me, if so.

Why does Outlook not remember me even though I check the remember me box. Everytime I switch on I have to sign in!

Skydrive Won’t Install

I posted originally to this thread but got moved here, here is the old thread: old.

I upgraded to Windows 8.1 and experienced issues so I went back to Windows 8 and skydrive would not work when on 8.1 or when I went back to 8.

If I install it, it gives me the error "This app can't run on this PC.  To find a version for your PC, check with software publisher."

I am attempting to download it from here.

I lost my account

I removed my old hotmail alias, not realizing that this would delete the account. Is there any way to get it back?? It contained many years of treasured personal history. Please help!
