I have a business domain, and we are unable to send emails to Hotmail accounts. We can send to other domains like yahoo, or gmail, just not Hotmail. Help?
With reference to the following domains registered at domains.live.com, I seem to be missing the facility for resetting user passwords. Please help me in getting the necessary setup for the same:
nihas.org
thekangratea.com
bitsindia.org
(All websites are business websites)

On a related note, this question here has been asked time and again on this forum by a multitude of administrators. Despite the fact that it is resolved every time, it seems a bit unusual for this very important feature to be missing. Why not make it a default module available to all?
Nearly every time I try to go to Outlook, I have to sign in, even though I check the box that says Keep Me Signed In. And then I'm told I've tried and failed too many times to sign in with the correct password, which is not true. Any ideas out there?
I cant get into my account as the hacker has changed my password. I have tried changing my password , and also i tried doing the questionnaire. Hotmail did not approve this though because the person who has got into my account has change my security question. Please help ive been talking to someone over email and they said that this was the best place to sort it out.

i left my account open a few months ago and I relieve one of my son or daughter got in to in and erased all of my mail how can I restive it. all the way back fro 2009 to the present if you can thanks

my outlook.com account keeps telling me via a box at the bottom of the page that messages are in my pop folder and that some program has been set to retrieve and delete them, but i use no such program and there are no emails in my pop folder when i check.  Should i be concerned that i'm losing messages or this a currently known bug?  I've changed the password on my emaill account just to be safe.
I keep getting this message when sync begins, even when I have deleted these files (the entire folder for that matter) weeks ago.
This prevents my skydrive from fully finishing the sync process.

I already uninstalled and installed again the app.




I am working with a friend of mine to upload all of her contacts in Outlook 2010 on her PC to Outlook.com. There are 805 Contacts in the CSV file so I split the file into three separate CSV files and uploaded them successfully to Outlook.com. But when I view any of the contacts in Outlook.com only the company name and contact name display? The address, phone numbers, email address etc. are missing?

What I've done so far:
I deleted all Contacts in Outlook.com
I exported all Contacts from Outlook 2010 to a CSV file
I opened the CSV file in an Excel spreadsheet to verify that the records look good
I separated the spreadsheet into 3 separate smaller CSV files
I then uploaded the 3 CSV files into Oultook.com. Only the Company Name and Contact Name displayed for all contacts.
I waited 24 hours to see if Outlook.com needed time to process the records but the next day nothing had changed, only the Company Name and Contact Name display. 

The goal is to sync all Contacts in Outlook.com with Contacts on an iPhone. This has been working fine until just recently. I'm not sure what happened or what the problem is but I need help.

Current status:
All Contact info in Outlook 2010 is there, i.e. name, address, phone, company name, email address, etc.
Some of the Contact info is missing on the iPhone. We have it set up to sync with Outlook.com

I am able to import pictures from a camera disk so I can edit them.  By edit, I mean caption, crop but most importantly, I am unable to move them into a different order, not alphabetically or numerically i.e. I don't want to use the Sort by option.  I just want to drag and drop the pictures in the order I want to which I was able to do in windows vista photo gallery, by just clicking and dragging them where I want them to be.  How do I accomplish this?
I have been having problems getting into my emails for weeks if not months.  I sometimes get the sign in page put my emai9l address and password in and then I get a blank page and nothing else, and sometimes when I put hotmail.com into the address bar I get a blank page and don't even get to log on!  I have tried on IE9 Google Chrome and Firefox and with the 3 browsers I get this issue.  Frustration is putting it mildly.  When will this issue be resolved TOTALLY and COMPLETELY?  I have never had this problem with the old Hotmail and I have had this email account for possibly over 20 years and this is the first time that I have experienced issues of this magnatude.  Surely the best option for all concerned would be to switch back to hotmail until you (Microsoft that is) can figure out why so many people are have very similar problems and come up with a solution that is quick simple and very easy?  Please tell me what YOU (Microsoft) are doing about this and when I can get into my emails?

If I get one more 'problem loading page' or blank page.......  Please let me know what to do to try and resolve this issue .
