I am always getting outlook must be having problems. getting tired of this message every day and almost all day.Can't get into my e-mail.
I want to pay my SkyDrive account having had a letter from Microsoft requesting me to do so.
I cannot find on any Microsoft website where or how to do this....could someone help a semi-novice like me please.

When I log into Outlook I receive a warning alert. It says my emails will now be going to a POP Folder - and that another program is set to download and delete my messages. There's a link at the end to "fix" this, however, every time I try I get the message,
"Sorry, There seems to be a problem with outlook right now,"
HELP!!
I've been trying for days and that link never works! Any suggestions?
I'm having trouble with Outlook rejecting emails from multiple friends in the Czech republic, many using large service providers and defintley more than one. Seznam is a large service in Czech yet even they got blocked.
Is anyone else having trouble with outlooks mail service blocking mails, even if your not from the Czech republic?
I'm annoyed as Microsoft don't appear to have any feedback forms at all for blocked email providers (several, at the same time? Really/??) and this is new behaviour which I can't report to them? How do you report faults or is this why people change to other
email providers.
Example below which seems to show why there emails are getting to me, any comments on how to complain to microsoft or what to do from my side appreciated

I was looking for a message and accidentally clicked on the small trash can icon next to the message. Now it's gone and nowhere to be found? Why would they make this an easy thing to hit but not easy to get back?? This is a very important message I need

In Office Outlook, I can click on Other Actions, then select Edit Message in the drop down list. I can't find an option for that in Outlook.com.
