so my old email account that has important information in emails such as bank details, addresses and my cv inside has been hacked, my secret question has been changed so i dont know the answer and the email to reset password is someone elses email so theres
no way i can reset my password, i really need to get back into the email, i tried to submit a form but it said i didnt provide enough infomation, they asked questions such as billing and a xbox live account but i dont even have a xbox live account and all
of my details have changed so they wont be the same! can someone please help
Hello I have been trying to send a group email with an attached Power Point Presentation. The email has sent to all but one of the recipients and I keep getting Delivery status notification (failure) emails when ever I try to send this person an email.
It has only been happening in the last few hours as I sent and received emails from this person this morning. Please help.

Recently I noted the Outlook.com Inbox only shows 3 pages of emails covering the past one week or so but no older emails can be accessed. Is there a setting to get the Inbox to display all the emails dating back to the beginning?
I have been a loyal user of hotmail.com for many years. Now (I believe coincident with the switch to outlook.com), all my past e-mails have disappeared. I cannot see anything. I have a some recent e-mails but all the old e-mails from years ago are gone.
I access hotmail on the web, so the idea of their going away did not cross my mind. So, while my mailbox has been light recently it had not clicked that they might be gone altogether.
I am not sure what has happened and what I can do to retrieve them, but this is a fairly disastrous scenario for me. Can anyone point to what I can do? Who I should contact?
Anyone had the same problem? Found how to prevent it?
Possibly related is that, occasionally, new incoming mail is replicated several times over.

I created 7 aliases. All the aliases can be seen on my accounts page under Overbiew.
The last alias is the only one working.
I cannot login using any of the other aliases.
Mail bounces if sent to the other 6 aliases.
Cannot send mail from 6 of the aliases, they're not displayed as option to use in from field.
Only the primary and last alias created works.
There are no typos or use error to best of my observation.
I've used aliases on other outlook accounts and they work fine.
I don't want to delete the 6 aliases that don't work because you cannot recreate them because of system limitations ( only 10 permitted for given account and csn be created in one year )

I have not been able to access hotmail/outlook since this morning, let alone send an email. Even more frustrating - I went to tech support and chatted with a "certified" vendor who tried to tell me my computer was under attack my polymorphic viruses and
that he/she could fix everything for $250! After telling him there are no risks according to my updated antivirus software, he said antivirus software could not detect polymorphic viruses and I needed this service to fix my outlook problem. This is very,
