outlook live keeps on loosing connection to internet

never had any problems before but all of a sudden after I log in (aprox 10sec) I get "internet explorer has stopped working"

this doesn't happen with any other site I use, only when I am signed into live.com

please help as I am loosing my mind with this as I can't find any info that relates to my problem 

 

I just tried signing in using google chrome and  it works fine, obviously an explorer problem

very strange all other sites work without an issue

hacked email now doesnt exisst

My brother in-law sent an email this morning and apparently his account was hacked.  It started sending out emails asking for money to his contact list.  I've been trying to help him recover his address and change the password but now its saying his email doesn't exist.  How do I help him recover his account and get it working again? or is it a lost cause considering account recovery and change password continually say his account doesn't exist?

I forgot what email i used for twitter but i definitely used the email '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' as my recovery email. Is it possible to show all the emails connected to this recovery email?

How do I get rid of the windows live mail sign-in page which pops up every time I go to my e-mail? It is a nuisance, I do not want it.  I would appreciate any suggestion.
