I have an outlook email account and it has been brought to my attention that although I am able to send emails successfully my contacts are unable to respond. The email reply gets returned to sender. It seems like my email address is coming up as my old

My friend has her account recently hacked and all her emails were deleted.
She is unable to recover her emails using the email recovery function even though the incident happened just 4 days ago.
Are the emails permanantly deleted?
We are also interested to know if we can track any IP address or any other activity report to give us a hint where is the hacking coming from.

until when are you programmers gonna change outlook and get rid of its ' made to believe error and all the disguises to fool the users?
it is always appeared to be busy at the server side, but practically end users can connect with other websites with no difficulties. It is obvious a defraud error message popped up from outlook. It happened all the time.
two deletetions are not tolerable. we don't need both archived and delete buttons for the same program.
program interface and viewing area are extremely narrow, The viewing area squeezed up 3 lines from a 35 emails long column. The panes take all the space but not enough space to read emails.
it is never let the users to READ emails for a long time as all the corresponding buttons and commands are always hid up. Whenever the users need to WRITE something, the buttons lie along the panes are gone for good.
You are not giving a good example how science should be evolved, rather procrastinated as stone age cavemen.
What made such a bad design of outlook, it shares none of one thousands of outlook express , it is not not an upgraded program should be.
