Second day I can't open mailbox! help please! Since yesterday, I can't open mailbox.
it showing error page when i login to my mailbox.
I'm trying indifferent computer, and still persist this problem today.
I need urgently solve this problem, please someone help me.

HOTMAIL Sync Issues on both Blackberry Q10 and Sony Xperia Z

Hi Anyone from Microsoft.

I've been on technical support with Blackberry and Sony for the past week and I am unable to sync or integrate my hotmail account on my blackberry Q10 or Sony Xperia Z Both have said that there is nothing wrong with the device and they believe it is a server issue.   Can you please help me?

When I look at a contact I have in my Hotmail, how can I tell what groups they are in?  This used to be an easy option, but I can't see how to do it now.

Can’t connecto Outlook.com after changing primary alias

old primary email was *@hotmail.com, new primary alias is *@outlook.com

 

When I try to connect to Outlook.com, I just get: "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now"

 

Can't connect to MS Account on WP8 either (server: m.outlook.com): "We're having a problem connecting to m.outlook.com" Error code: 86000C18

I'm the admin for a few domains in Live Admin Center. Please enable password reset for all these domains:
  • quattro.org.uk
  • matimporters.co.uk
  • reachforit.co.uk
  • dentonhouseguesthouse.co.uk
  • amyscare.co.uk
  • calumgrant.co.uk
If it can be done ASAP, many thanks.

I'll also put in a request that this option is enabled by default in future, and that I should be able to request this privately rather than out in the public. I have tried contacting MS staff by Live Chat and phone, none would help and this is my last resort.

My inbox is gone, all other emails in folders are there, but in my inbox I can only see e-mails from this week. What happened? how can I recover them? They are not in deleted items. Is very important. I have a lot of information there!
