my pop3 no longer receives my mail (hotmail or outlook)

I have established an alias outlook.com address
This in addition to my existing hotmail address (which I've had for years)

Suddenly my mail is not arriving into my pop3 email (thunderbird) and notice given is "Authentication failed"
I have reset my password to no effect.

 

How can I get my mail back to Thunderbird?

Skydrive Windows 8.1 – all folders show as “online only”

Hi,

Whatever folder I look at in My Documents (or any other folder in the Skydrive directory) show as "Online only" in Windows Explorer (Column "Availability").
Luckily (!) in the folders I expect to be synced, ALL files show as "Available offline".
So how come the folders show "Online only"?  This is disturbing as it makes you think one or more files in the folder is unsynced...
Would be nice if folders that are 100% "Online only" (because I do have some) would show with another colour or some other way of identifying them.

SkyDrive in Windows 8.1 does not show sync status

Since my update yesterday to Windows 8.1 I can't see how much data has been synced (downloaded) from my SkyDrive. I have 48 GB in the SkyDrive so it will take a while to download that. From where do I know when it's finished?

SkyDrive folder keeps re-adding itself to library after being removed

I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro. I use the libraries feature and one of the libraries I have is Documents, with a number of folders in it. One of those folders was called "OU Assignments" that was located inside my SkyDrive folder. I no longer needed that folder to be in the Documents library, so I removed it, but it keeps re-adding itself. Sometimes it will re-add itself to the Documents library within hours or sometimes it takes days, but it always comes back. Any idea why this is happening? How can I remove this folder from my Documents library so that it doesn't keep re-adding itself?

Outlook Sharing error

Shared out my calendar, however friends indicate to me that they get page cannot be found when browsing using the link.  I tried resetting the shared links multiple times, creating a new account all with the same results.

Used to work before outlook.com went down for a length of time.

i have domain under domains.live.com it was work well then after i renew always give me message service suspended however i created the dns records in my domain provide .
