I have to be honest, Since i switched to Outlook mail from Hotmail, it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!

 

First of all, my hotmail account got deleted and i lost ALL my emails which i have been told cannot be retrieved; since the 'Server has been purged' - Whatever that means!!!

 

Over the last week, i have been having issues with my my Outlook email, emails dont get delivered to my Iphone until Hours later, they are also randomly deleted and some dont even get delivered at all and get moved to a 'POP' folder which i never set up!!!

 

What is going on?!!? Are you deliberately trying to frustrate your users?

 

Please can someone come back to me with a solution ASAP!!!!

error 550 not receiving emails

when email sent to such account, the sender receives back a error message :  550 no such user here

So eventually info@railusa does not receive emails anymore.

How to solve this?

Sharing issues with Excel file in SkyDrive – showing users as editing when they aren’t

I'm trying to use SkyDrive to share an Excel file. I have successfully set up an Edit link and shared the file. I have clicked on the link a few times in different browsers to test the capability of the multiple users working on it together. However, in spite of having closed those browsers SkyDrive still shows users (all me) as actively editing the file. Is there the ability to force users out of editing, reset it in some way?
Any help with this would be much appreciated!

how to recover a delted hotmail account??

A while ago, I deleted my hotmail account. I made the stupid mistake of writing down all the e-mail addresses from my contact list. There was an email address that I needed from there but can't remember what it was.

 

Is there anything I can do?????

Hello,

I got a new email address last year and since then have not been using my hotmail one. I redirected all new emails from the old hotmail address to the new one, however I have now logged into my hotmail account to find some very old emails (I've had the account since 2005) and they are all gone. I have checked the deleted folder as advised in other threads but this said there was nothing to retrieve. This is completely unacceptable, I have so many person emails in there that I hadn't deleted for a reason, and I need to recover these. Can you please advise on how I can do this?

Restore deleted old emails

Hello,

I believe accidentally deleted important emails on March, april and may 2013. Since I deleted more emails after that when trying the option available on the trash folder it does restore only the recently deleted emails. I've heard MS keep copy of the emails on their backup server for couple of years. Is it possible to get copy of some important emails I deleted back on  March, april and may 2013, and if you charge fees for this restoration, please provide me with copy of the bill.

Had trial version of home office, now purchased the year version but having trouble logging in

I had free trial version of office 365 home professional and then I purchased the yearly subscription.  Now when I log in it says I have pending changes.  When I click on the button to log in, it states servers are busy and try again.  If I exit the application I can log in from microsoft main page.  This happens on the 2 computers I use with 365.  When I go to my account it states in one part I have no office installed and then the next line it states I have 2 installed.
