Please can you just check if the domain @instagram.com is whitelisted on my hotmail account? Because i can't seem to be receiving emails from them, to reset my password on their.
for your info I already checked my Junk folder and my blocked senders list!

For reasons unknown to me, I can no longer delete messages from my outlook inbox on my iPad, although this still works on my PC (which then synchronizes afterwards) but when travelling, this is rather a nuisance with mails piling up!

I am trying to access the multi-volume license portal for a customer in order to install a previous version of outlook.
I accessed the account at around 15:00 today successfully, but after trying to sign into the account on the customers computer I was told that the account does not exist.

I downloaded my Windows 8.1 update and "Lost" my Outlook Icon on the Tool Bar
I have physical files on my Skydrive account which I can access through the website but I cannot get them to sync down/up to any local folder on my Windows 8.1 device (Surface Pro). I have disconnected and reconnected the Hotmail address I'm using with
the PC and still no go. Also, I see no list of connected devices on my skydrive.live.com page. This is the first time I am trying to connect, so whether this would have worked with Windows 8 Pro versus 8.1, I have no idea.

My domain name is coming up with microsoft.com behind it. How do I rid this? I would like it to be just the domain.com.
Windows XP. "upgraded" (joke) from Hotmail to outlook.com via Firefox. Friends are rightly complaining that every attachment I send, be it just a single photo, is attached "Zipped"and is very annoying as they cannot open them.
My Skydrive isn't working. I was running the preview of Windows 8.1 and that's when I noticed the problem. Now after updating to the full version of 8.1, my Skydrive is still not working right. Please help with this problem!!!!
