I have had a little problem with an important message content. A friend of mine have send "to me" an email inserting a wrong address (myaccount@hotmail.com instead of myaccount@hotmail.es) and then he have deleted everything related in his account, first erasing it from the principal folder (send and recived message folders) and then from the "wastebasket" (deleted messages folder). I have checked and the other email address ".com" is not available, so I can not access.
Is there any way to recover this deleted message?
Thanks in advance, yours,
Louis
Hello there,
I was having some issues while synchronizing my Outlook.com with Outlook 2010 on my PC.
I followed the instructions on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2231628/en-us and as the offending message was within a folder that had a child folder I had to move the child folder as well.
Today I eventually permanently deleted the temporary folder I created to move the messages to, but just to surprisingly realize that several messages that were under the original sub-folder disappeared. I've tried to recover the folder with no luck.,
Can you please advise?
Thanks
Jorge
I am running Windows 8.1. I am using the Microsoft Mail but have also installed Outlook.
Whenever I try to send a file from Office I get the message that I must set-up an association in Program Defaults but I have had no success making any such association.
How should I proceed?
I have been trying to set up the calendar so it will send event reminders to my mail box. Can it be done ? I have been trying for several weeks now.
I assume that a step is being missed when setting up events. Help from anyone is appreciated.
I encountered a win Live Mail error after the upgraded to Windows 8.1 pro. Whenever I open live mail I get a message box saying that a component is missing (.Net 3.5) and gives me the option to install it or skip it. Tried to downloade separately, enable windos component, but all failed with the same error, ending, if i remember, in 736CC
I go for install and it downloads/installs but it ends with an error and after that the windows live mail opens fine but I am not able to send/reply/forward/create new emails, there is all the time the same error: "problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again".
Tried to do the repair windwos live eseentials from control panel, but the error persists.
I am able to receive / view emails fine (pop or outlook)
Your help is appreciated.
Thank you,
Adrian
