I am unable to get into mailbox since yesterday and tried a lot and tired.  I am expecting some important mail therefore kindly advise me to fix this problem.  Thank you!

I have this error notification on Windows 8.1 which says 'Files can't be uploaded because there's a problem with a file or folder'. This error followed by a file path. I have managed to take care of this erroneous folder and now that 'busy syncing symbol' on the folder is gone. So, SkyDrive is back to normal and everything is good. Unfortunately, the above error continues to remain in the SkyDrive app and the icon in File Explorer continues to have a exclamation symbol next to the SkyDrive cloud logo. In terms of functionality, SkyDrive is working fine. It is just that the error message won't go away and that exclamation symbol won't go away. It is annoying as h.ell. Before I updated to Windows 8.1, I could just quit SkyDrive desktop app and restart it. Now, I cannot do that for SkyDrive is integrated into the OS. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I  cannot find filters, how can I block a site from sending email to my Outlook account? 
Can you please enabled the password reset option on my custom domains? Is there an easier way to do this? I am adding new domains often for my website clients. Do I need to do this each time I add a new domain?

SkyDrive on my iPad has folders that are not available on my PC. Shouldn't the SkyDrive be the same from wherever I access it? I desperately need to access these files on my PC. Why is it not syncing. I have Microsoft Office 365.

I'm trying to add soxthegame.com to my outlook hosted domains.

Apparently "game" is a protected word for some reason. 

What do I need to do to get my full URL allowed?

I am using a custom domain with domains.live.com

  • I was able to send emails, not receive
  • emails that was sent to me was bouncing back
  • the email account was delete and then recreated
  • I logged in and all the emails and folders where gone
  • this happen on 10/23/2013 between the hours of 3pm-5pm EST
Please assist and restore the emails and folders that were in the account
