Soem mails not syncing correctly with Outlook 2013

Hi there,

I recently created an outlook.com account and used Outlook 2013 to Active sync with it.

Most of the account appears to be working with one exception.

I cannot see emails sent from my work account to Outlook.com in Outlook 2013.

The emails appear on Outlook.com but do not active sync with my ost file.

Can anyone suggest what I can do to rectify this problem?

 

I have just rebuilt a clean Windows 7 machine from scratch and reinstalled Office 2013. I then recreated an active sync account with my OUtlook.com account. But this did not work.

 

Just seems strange that there is no access to what active sync allows/does not allow.

My folders and contacts did not get transferred to Outlook. Why?

I saw in the FAQ area that my folders and contacts would be automatically transferred from Hotmail to Outlook.  They did not get transferred.  I have been offline for a while so could they have been deleted?

Outlook will only let me click on and see one email (the first one I click on). When I try to "reply" or click on another email or "send", all I see are little dots near the top of the page that indicate the program is trying to obey the command but can't. Outlook was working find until a day or so ago.

I recently purchased a new computer with windows 8. My old computer was Windows Vista with Outlook Express. I need to access my old e-mails from Outlook Express. How do I do that?

After I send out a bulk email with Live Mail to my fellow photographic club members, Live thinks that someone is trying to hack my email account & suspends my account. I then have to log back into my account, get a code from Microsoft & create a new password before they re-activate my account.
How can I get Microsoft to allow my account to send bulk emails. (I am not a spammer)

Account was blocked after sending bulk emails.

I am sending from Outlook and the receiver of my pdf attachments cannot open because it says the file is corrupted or damaged.

I save from the scanner, from an email or a pdf I have crated and the receiver cannot open the pdf file.  I then resave and sometimes the receiver can open and most of the time not.  I have repaired, uninstalled and installed.  I am using Adobe acrobat x standard.
