Please can someone help?

I posted my last message several days ago, and no one has been able to help. Hotmail have lost all of my old emails, and I desperately need them back. How can this happen? I have been though all the microsoft help pages, and still cannot access my old emails.

Two days ago, I tried to log into my www.hotmail.com account using the same password that I have used for years and it said that the 'Password is incorrect'. I then followed the instructions after clicking 'Can't access toyr account'and created a new password for my account. When I logged into my account using this new password all of my emails were missing. Every single one.

Please can someone urgently assist me with recovering my emails? I am on Outlook 2013, but only use it online.

ps. I have tried the method that was suggested to 'undelete' deleted messages, to no avail.

I have pressed on the link that you have provided me with on my last thread. I currently have three outstanding queries on this same link, none of which have been addressed, as I write this new thread.

I would have posted this on my last thread but you keep 'locking' them down so no additional info can be added.

Can you tell me when any of my three oustanding queries, each of which I have received a reference number for promising action within 24 hours, ar likely to be addressed ???

I have to say that I feel like I am going around in circles these last two weeks trying to resolve this problem with you but have not made any progress whatsoever. I am at the same point now as I was two weeks ago.

I am in serious difficulty with reference to my mortgage payment as I unable to transfer the monies online because the info for the bank transactions are in this blocked email account. 

The verification codes for the account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** DO NOT WORK. I have tried FIVE codes all of which are not acceptable. 

Can somebody, anybody do something to resolve this problem ??

My case is that I want to retrieve my hacked account/blocked so I asked for a manual validation so I got a reply by email on 9/8/2013
my case under the id : SRX1215514573ID

so I have been asked to I provide info like the ip address, last passwords.etc

and I did!  I provided same info to  Windows Live Global Escalations Team on 06/30/2013  and they did Verify me as the owner and they did send me a password reset link !!!

so after the same  info I provide  I got this reply

so explain to ME how can this escalation agent telling me that the info doesn't match on the account past and present and I send the same info on 6/3/2013 to   Windows Live Global Escalations Team  and and I did succeeded to the validation process??

I mean he asked if i can provide the passwords since the creation of the account so how can this be not matched ?? and then the   Windows Live Global Escalations Team  telling says congrats you proven your owner ship??


is this escalation agent not doing his job properly or he what ? I dont understand , can anyone check please with this case 

and explain how  Windows Live Global Escalations Team verify me as the owner then an escalation agent says otherwise? 

A few of weeks ago my Hotmail email account was hacked and 100's of emails were sent to my contacts (both active and non active email addresses) with a link to some diet pill article.
These emails were visible in my "sent items" folder and I automatically received email advice from Microsoft to change my password immediately, which i did.
Now this week, I have received notification from many of my contacts that more emails have been sent from the same hotmail account, however this time they cannot be seen in my sent items. The subject title of these emails range from "Yo, ..."(person's name), "Hiya..." (person's name), "Sup..." (person's name), etc...
I have again changed my email passwords and run a few different Anti virus scans with no major threats being detected.
Please advise what I need to do to ensure this does not keep happening.

I am really frustrated because these couple of days my Hotmail account with Outlook just wont work. It stopped working because of "error with the server", came back for a time, then again broke down. I have no idea why this is happening. Either I cannot receive or send mail, or it refuses to let me sign in altogether, either on my computer or iPad... Now what can I do?

I don't even know if I can receive a notification if someone answers my question here!
