If I go to www.live.com and login with my Microsoft credentials, I am taken to Outlook where I can see email addressed to my Hotmail address. If I click on the arrow next to Outlook and select SkyDrive, I am taken to a page that tells me I haven't shared anything. If I then click on the down arrow next to SkyDrive and select SkyDrive again, it thinks a while and tells me "something went wrong", and I can't be signed in (but I actually am already signed in). I clearly have content in my SkyDrive account. And oh, by the way, it only happens when I use the IE browser. Chrome and Firefox works just fine, and when I select SkyDrive from my Outlook account screen, I'm taken right to the folders in my SkyDrive account.  Any help or ideas as to how to go about getting the problem fixed?

Hi,
I'm hoping you can help - I'm simply not receiving all of my emails. I run a small business so email is crucial, however I'm getting clients text and facebook me to say that they've emailed but nothing has appeared. This isn't all of my mail, just some. I've read the other threads on here and done all the checks it suggests and have also deleted loads of email and certainly all of big ones. Can you help please? I'm terrified at how much business I must be losing.
Thanks, Mia.
I know my problem has to have a relatively simple solution, it seems when I am typing  as I am typing letters will not stay in order, sometimes they go to the beginning of the line or in the middle of another word.  How do I remedy this please?  Also the page jumps when of course it should not be.  I was in an area recently where one can make changes to the touch pad and did increase the width o f the black horizontal line that follows each word, that is when  my troubles began.  It is doing it constantly while I am trying to type this.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

I posted this on the Windows 8 Phone section and they said to ask it here instead:

I just read that imap accounts are now supported by Outlook.com. My situation: I got (with AT&T store help) my Cox.net email set up so that it is downloading fine. I was told that I also had to have a Microsoft account. I already had one, but forgot the name and address. When I sign into Outlook.com now, I see that my 'alias' is my Cox.net email address. But the name of the account is simply 'Hotmail'. There is no reference in the setup to imap-mail.outlook.com or smtp-mail.outlook.com which are settings I read about yesterday in a PC World post.  I use Outlook 365. I want to sync contacts and calendar. I already have 'People' but it seems to be coming not from my Cox/Outlook 365 account but from the list I peopled Hotmail with a long time ago because it did not pick up a recent entry. I don't see an option on the phone to sync Outlook contacts and calendar.  I am told by you people that I give too much info to answer questions but I simply can't make a logical connection among all this stuff. Should I change a) my Cox.net settings to imap-mail.outlook.com where it asks for 'server' or b) should this info be put into Outlook.com 'Hotmail' account (alias ******.Cox.net)? If I make the Outlook.com connection in either of those ways, will I have the option to sync contacts and calendar? Also - since I first started putting together this post yesterday, new options have popped up on my Nokia 925 settings which seem to say that I have an option to set up another Outlook.com account. I a frankly afraid to do anything because I am so confused - will probably end up returning the phone to factory defaults again...

My hotmail email address is being used as the address for a stranger's Facebook account. Her photo appears in my emails when I send an email to other Hotmail addresses and I receive scores of emails intended for her, inviting her to link people to her Facebook account. I also get apologies from Facebook intended for her but addressed to me, expressing regret that she is having difficulty accessing her account. I have no means of contacting her, as the address is my own. I have been unable to erase her photo from my emails. I do not have a Facebook account myself.
Many thanks for any help.

Hi, have a paid account which is due to expire very soon because I can't access the account to update the card details. I can't seem to contact Microsoft support.

How do I access my own account in order to add my card details?
What is the best way to contact Microsoft support email / phone (in London, UK)?

Thank you
