Not receiving the mails with in the domain

Hi.

We are a small business group using hotmail email service from last 1 year. Till today 11 AM everything was fine, but from 11 Am on wards

we are facing a different problem with hotmail/outlook.com service.

1 we are able to send e mails to external email-ids ( eg: from hotmail acount to gmail account)

2 and we are able to receive the emails from external ids ( eg: gmail to hotmail)

3. But we are not able to send or may be receive hot mail to hotmail .

I have tested the problem as below.

sent a test mail to ten internal email ids with cc to external email ids. External people have revived the mail, but no internal people.

and the extrenal people replied the test mail, which recived by hotmail account.

but we are not able to fine why there a problem from hotmail to hotmail.

Our domain is @springforthcap.com

I had a hotmail email account that I set up in the early 1999. Just recently it has been hacked by unknown person(s). Which has caused my accont to shut completely down. I had to open a new account on outlook.com, so how can I retrieve my information from my old hotmail account. I have contact Microsoft but have had little help, up too someone trying to charge me $200.00 + to fix my computer problems. I really need my old contacts, and emails from my old Hotmail account. So I was forward this link from Microsoft customer service.

outlook custom domain alias not verifying

I have a custom domain that I want to use for email. It works fine for my main account, but I need a few other accounts... specifically, I have an info@domain account that I'd like to use as the "main" account for this domain. I currently have this address forwarding to my main work account. Now, I also need photos, links, website, etc... I originally had these setup as individual accounts and was going to setup these to forward to my main work account as well. I had issues getting these accounts to verify in order to setup the forwarding settings... I then learned about outlook aliases, which really works better and cleaner... so, I deleted the photos and links account, and set them up as an outlook alias in my info account... However, it shows up asking me to verify the account instead of just adding the alias... well, I can't verify it because the account has now been deleted... so, I decided to recreate the account, but now it says that email address is taken so I must set it up with a new primary alias...

So, now I'm stuck... I can't add it as an alias to the info account and I can't create the account anew with the same address... please help...

How do I change the order of folders in Outlook.com

Is it possible to change the order that custom folders are displayed in. It seems that new folders are displayed in the order they are created. I would like to move two top-level folders so that they appear directly after (not nested inside) the inbox, and then move the folders I don't use very often (like Junk) to the bottom of the list. If I can't move the default folders, I would at least like to group all of the similar custom folders next to (not nested within) each other.

Dragging a folder to a new location gives me the option to move the folder inside or within another folder, but not to move to below that folder.

Dragging a folder to the top-level "Folders" folder provides an option to "Move to Base" but this does not change the order the folder appears in.

A potential work-around would be to rename the foldders with numbers, but Outlook.com doesn't sort folders alphabetically.

--Note, I posted this as a reply to another form discussion on managing folders, but thought that it was different enough to merit its own topic, and couldn't find a way to move the original reply .

I tried to set up an new hotmail account and have now been blocked from using the regular one, I have tired everthing to access it, but as it still belongs to me, but is not recognised as mine i cannot access it.... the chat session was useless, and i need to access it as it is for my work.....please help

Windows Live Mail: cannot send bulk mail even after successful account verification

I am new to Windows Live Mail, and attempting to send a business flyer to my client email list. After the first failed attempt, I was prompted to verify my account in order to increase my daily sending limit. I proceeded to do so, and was informed by account.live.com that I was successfully verified. I again tried to send my email. I received the same prompt to verify my account. Confused, I followed the verification link again. I was taken to the "Thanks for Verifying Your Account" webpage that appeared after I had verified my account the first time....

I have since tried to re-verify the account, and re-send my email a hand full of times, and all have failed because of the "sending limit". It has now been over 48 hours since I verified the account, and I am still getting the same message about the daily sending limit and account verification.

Has anyone had a similar experience, or advice on how to fix this?

Filtered Mail Not Going to Proper Folders

I have a Live.com a/c with filters setup that pull in mail from Google. The mail is going into my @username label as well as the label for my primary alias. Not all mail goes to both locations -- some shows up in one folder and some in others. I have meticulously checked the rules I have for filtering but can't figure it out.

Hello,

I am experiencing an error when I try to open SkyDrive on my laptop while on phone everything is working great.
When I try to open it i get this error: "evt_LoginHost_onload" is undefined. I have tried to uninstall it and install it again but didn't work, I have changed my DNS settings to open DNS, guess what, it didn't work. Java script is enabled on all browsers so that is not an issue.
Is there anything that I am missing that could cause this problem?

Hi there,

I realise there are endless queries about lost e-mails. I just re-set my computer and totally wiped it. Upon re-loading thunderbird mail client, I have obviously not got the settings right and it has deleted everything but the last few weeks of e-mails. I have some incredibly important e-mails both work for ongoing projects and personal from relatives that have passed away that I would like you to recover. Please, please, please, get back to me on this as soon as possible as it happened the weekend just gone and I am guessing that I might actually have a shot at getting some back before you clear your servers etc.
