how do i fix my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account

i logged on and decided to change my birthdate not realizing that if i pick a year in the 2000's . 
everytime i try to log in now it ask for parent to sign in and then i sign with with *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and then it takes me to this place that i need to put in a credit card.  

i just want to change the date of birth to my correct one like i had it before and now i can't use this account my changing my birth year to 2000's and makes me under age but i'm not.  hope you can help me.  thanks so much

Hi,

My outlook email has locked me out even though I am entering the correct email address and password. I never provided an alternative email address so i had to fill out a form instead which said i would hear back within 24 hours. I waited two or three days after I sent it and heard nothing so i sent another one and have still heard nothing. It has been a week now and I really really need to access my account. I tried the live chat but the only help they provided was to post on here. Please please please help me.

EFax going to Junk Mail when it is suppose to go to my inbox

I get EFaxes from numerous clients.  Hotmail now Outlook is sending them to my Junk Mail.  I would like to change this so they go to my inbox where they belong.  I am not sure I have filtered them out, or if Outlook did it on it's own.  How can I fix this.  I have not found where outlook stores all of the addresses that I have requested Outlook to send to my Junk File.  How do I find these addresses?  Thanks

I am unable to create a new user account under my custom domain and has been getting the error message that it is already in use.

I hope you can help me get my e-mails back.

 

Today Sept 30. 2013 around 11AM MST. I was working on my desk top, my hotmail e-mail account was open and eyerything was fine.

 

I clicked on my inbox and it was empty?? I looked in the deleted folder and the recover deleted option and the e-mails from my inbox are not there?! 

 

I use this e-mail account every day and it has not been hacked.

 

I hope you can help me get back the e-mails that were in my inbox.

For some reason my hotmail.com email account has changed to hotmail.co.uk therefore I have no way of being contacted as its saying my hotmail.com account doesn't exist please help??

hotmail exchange sync issue with android 4.2.2

I just changed my device and currently use the Samsung Galaxy Mega Android version 4.2.2.  I have the intermittent issues throughout the day.  Sometimes it syncs and sometimes won't.  I have deleted and reconfigure the account but I still encounter the same problem.  Can you take a look at my account?

I was told in the Windows Phone Forum to move my question to the Outlook.com forum but I have not been answered here and can't find my post. What I want is help in how to set up contact and calendar sync. Facts:  Nokia 925, AT&T. Windows 8 PC. Existing account on Cox.net successfully sending emails to PC & phone. On phone, Outlook.com has been renamed Microsoft account (******@Cox.net). Clicking this, I am told that the name of the account is 'Hotmail' (which I have never used in the past)  My primary mail account is listed as: Cox - but has no contact/calendar options. I have option to add an account of the types: Outlook.com, Exchange, Office 365. I am scared to touch anything because the last time I tried to set up an account I was forced to go to AT&T store and reset all back to factory defaults. Should I go back there again or am I deemed to have enough brains to read instructions on PC? One of my confusions was that, in an Outlook.com account which was named (******@Cox.net) I was asked to give my password which I thought meant my Cox.net password but actually meant my Outlook.com password, forcing me to get a new password for Outlook.com just to get into my new, Windows 8 computer. Please help. Else it's off to AT&T and the long lines again...
