I have about 7 top-level folders and many subfolders.  I am trying to create a new subfolder within an existing folder and I get the message "You have reached the maximum number of customer folders.".  If this is true, then I may have to move my emails to another product as I need to have quite a few folders/subfolders.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Microsoft Support:  What are your suggestions?
I have been using http://by167w.bay167.mail.live.com/mail to access my e-mails. It is now showing WEB PAGE CAN NOT BE FOUND.  What other web page can I use.

Emails in my inbox disappear after a period of time. They are not in the deleted folder, not in the POP folder. I did not delete them from my phone either. Please help me restore these. The restore option in the deleted folder does not help.
Am I missing something?  Is there a way to empty the entire contents of the Deleted folder or do I have to do it one at a time?

I tried to log into my hotmail account using Outlook this morning.  It would not accept my password.  I changed my password and logged in only to find all of my old emails had been deleted.  Getting help has been a nightmare, and I need these old emails.  Advice?  The emails are on the cloud, not my personal machine.
The Skydrive client hangs at signin. The computer was built a year ago and Skydrive operated perfectly fine from the first day. This morning Skydrive came up offline and says "Skydrive - not signed in".

Computer - Desktop configuration, Windows 7 x64 with all updates running on Core i7-3770K, 16GB RAM, 2TB HDD

Steps taken so far:
Reboot computer - multiple times
Reboot Internet router, speed is 20/5
Exit and sign in Skydrive client
Uninstall and reinstall Skydrive client
Reset DNS to OpenDNS
Checked that IE is set to medium-high security

Everything but the Skydrive client is running nicely. I checked my laptop, which also runs Skydrive client to stay in sync with the desktop files, and the laptop is connecting without difficulty to the same files on Skydrive. The laptop is also Windows 7, but x86, 3MB RAM.

There have been a number of changes when MS switch from Hotmail to Outlook.  One is the new requirement for a "CODE".  The new code is automatically generated (a random number).  How does one change this random number to a number that is more easily remembered by the owner of the account?

I don't want my picture to show when I forward an e-mail. Where it shows who the e-mail is from it shows my picture which Out Look got from my Facebook account. Out look did that on their own, when they forcibly changed my Hotmail account to Out Look. I liked Hotmail much better anyway, and then Outlook just took over that account and automatically started posting my picture with every forwarded e-mail. How do I stop it.

 

Will I ever be able to get Hotmail back? It was much better and more user friendly.
