i can normally receive and send emails.. but lately i found out that am not able to receive emails from 2 accounts... while they tried to send me on another account and it worked properly and i received them...
please advice.. and waiting for your contact to give you more info.

Hi,
why some of the mails sent to me are not shown to me from my domain?
When I sent a reply (from domain) to a mail (from outlook) it came in outlook.
When I added my domain mail to safe senders list, then the mails from this email id is coming to outlook.
But when removed from safe senders list, the mails are not shown.
I am even not getting a delivery rejection notice in my domain email.
Any clues why mails from this domain are hidden?

I set up an account for my new born son so that my wife and I could post messages to him and then give him the log in details when he was old enough (I think I got the idea from a Microsoft advert!). However, because I dont really log into the account,

I am continually getting the message Microsoft Outlook (Not responding) across the top of the screen and the screen fades. It takes ages to come back on or I have to close it down and start again, Any suggestions what I can do to improve this? It has
only started happening in the last month. I am using Outlook 2010 and it is fairly new (last year) computer.
My Skydrive account has been blocked and was causing some issues with the rest of the functionalities such as Outlook. I got help with that from Microsoft Support and Outlook and everything is working well, with the exception of the Skydrive which is still

I have reported it yesterday, and the 24hrs period have come and gone and the account is still blocked. Tried reporting it again and it did not go through!
Tried your live chat, and unlike yesterday, the gentleman who replied today was not helpful at all.
I have personal photos as well as some photos of work related issues that had to be documented with my phone due to the limited resources available at the time.
Who can help me and when??

Hi I recently had to reset windows 7 and now the spell check is missing from outlook , took me weeks to fix the problem before and I cant remember how I resolved the problem , I think it was a setting in internet options ? Thanks
