I'm very confused. My Word 365 will not print when you bring up a blank page, but when you bring up one of Word's templates, it prints fine. What gives? I've tried everything I know (which is actually very little), but nothing works. I sure would appreciate

Using Outlook 2007 still. Distribution list does not appear as a choice in the drop down box when creating an email. Going to the contact list, there it is with all the members. How do I get it to appear as a choice in the drop down? Other lists appear. I have deleted it and recreated it. I have closed Outlook and even rebooted. Same thing - no choice appears for the list.
I'd appreciate any help.

In the process of trying to remove my birthdate, I changed my account to a child account. Now I'm being asked to have a parent sign in - I have no idea what the parent account is or that I even had one.
I have just lost all of my personal folders and email contents, I've tried to recover deleted files which didn't help. Can you help please? All the other similar questions seem to need response from Microsoft.

So I made a thread two months ago to retrieve my email that was deleted due to more than 365 days of inactivity.
I received a reply from an "MVP" that proclaims I can not retrieve my deleted email. I thought it was the end of it.
I was sweeping my inbox today and found a notification of a reply from a moderator, rushed to the link provided to my question but the reply was made only 3 days after the making of the thread, hence the thread being locked. I'm dying to retrieve my lost email. Anyone knows what to do? Here's the thread :
