I keep getting this error when I try to log onto my email (.edu)
"You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account)."
I have tried clearing my browsers cache and cookies and tried signing in at *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I still cannot log in. I have never had an Office 365 Account.
** I have seen the other threads on this but I cannot reply to them.
I followed the instructions from the following thread:

Outlook suddenly started downloading all my e-mails from Hotmail, even though I had them already. This has caused nearly 15oo duplicate e-mails in my inbox. I have not changed any settings. Any thoughts?
Hello iv recently tried to enter my email and it's came up saying they think it's someone else not me so I tried again same thing I know my password is right and my email are all the same so I go through my security questions as they have my old number
and I fill the form yet when I get a reply it said I failed so I can't access my email or my xbox live account and iv recently put on 3 month gold live every thing I need is in link with my email and I am unable to access any of this please help
I am trying to manage my groups but the All drop down menu button doesn't work anymore. This is very frustrating because I now can't see any groups or edit them but they are there. When I want to send an e-mail to a group it' still comes up. Honestly
this outlook e-mail is very user unfriendly.
My Hotmail account in my name at hotmail.com. Somehow my account has been linked with another account from my kids and now when certain people email me or I email them it uses one of the kids' names instead of mine in the To/From line. I have looked
all over my profile and my settings and cannot find the kid's name anywhere, yet it continues to appear in the To/From line when I send or receive some emails.
What can I do?

Hi there i have been spending many days maybe even weeks now trying to get my account unlocked. I have changed the password,filled out the forms and oh yea been bounced around the entire world speaking to one person after another who clearly dose not have
the faintest clue on how to do there job i have had enough. One moment there like yea we will sort it just to tell me to go online and fill the form WHICH DOSE NOT WORK then im back to ringing them because there security system is a joke then i come on here
just to be told forget it make a new account WTF GUYS thats all my personel information on that account and thats how you treat it just forget it let some one tamper with everything.
Why is it no one in your company is willing to help me with i can only imagin being around so long the most basic simple problem of just giving me my bloody account back instead of me having to use an alt account to write this bloody message in some hopes
you will finnaly understand just how stressed i am about this and not give me a stupid automated reply of "please go to this link" WHICH might i add will just lead me back here
IF i dont get some decent answer or help with this i gonna assume that your company just enjoys messing people about and that it is no longer a legit company.......I apologise if this distresses anyone els that might read it but enough is enough.
Simultaneously I lost my Z10 hub history, and the same deletions took place in all my email services... how can I get the emails back from my Outlook account?
I have a hotmail account that I can not log into. When attempted it says it does not exist.
Also if I try to send an email to it, it bounces back.
I really would like to continue to have this account. I'll admit I have not used it much, but never the less I would like to still have the account.

I am attempting to utilize my client’s domain for Outlook.com's custom domain feature. The domain is BellaVitaPayson.com - however because the word "pay" is in it, it looks like Outlook is flagging it. Is there any way I can get around this? Payson is the city in Arizona that the salon is located in and has as far as I can tell little to nothing wrong with it word wise, that should get it banned.
The exact message I received when attempting is "This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

We have windowd mail and sent a email with a spelling mistake in the email address.
Now every time we access our email a window pops up saying message could not be sent. the e-mail address was rejected.
error says recipient rejected
invalid domain name
port:25
secure (SSL)
No Service error :550
Error number 0x800ccc 79
Checked with telus our server and they can not get this error window removed
How can we remove this window so it does not pop up every time we access our e-mail account
can someone advie us
