As the title of this thread suggests, I'm having issues with setting a forwarding email for my account.
Forwarding was set up before the switch to outlook.com. Now when I went in I was told that I could not access that feature unless I used the website for a bit or verified my account. I've been using the site on a daily basis since this switch and have also
verified my account with a phone number.
So why can I still not set up the forwarding to my main email program?
