I attempted to fill in a form with all the correct information and I received a broken link when I clicked next after I had filled the form. This error message. I tried again and it said the servers were down. I tried again and apparently had maxed out the attempts. I know all the security questions but cant get anywhere with getting into either account. 

Any help would be most appreciated, as I am worried financially about possible bank information being stolen.
