Hi, 
 Starting from July 25 I'm not able to access the skydrive page of my live account, nor from web or apps.
I get a page about content violations, so I wrote to online safety team(see answer below), but they answered me everything is ok about contents and suggested me to write to this support team.

Could you please help me and unblock my skydrive access?

We have received a recent request to reactivate your account, however, when we checked we noticed that your account does not appear to be closed. We have also reexamined the content and have determined that the files are not in violation of the Microsoft COC or TOU. If you are still unable to access the account there may be a technical issue with it. You can contact the technical support team at http://answers.microsoft.com/
