Hello!

I've been having some issues with my printer -- it prints EVERYTHING else, except for my Microsoft Live Mail. I've tried uninstalling my printer drivers, confirming I'm connected, etc, etc. Every troubleshooting step I could find with no solution thus far. The kicker is that the e-mail will allow me to select print, and go through the motions of printing, but does not put ink on the page -- it prints a blank piece of paper. I'm currently attempting to repair the Windows Essentials, but I'm not hopeful.

Has anyone had a similar issue? I have an HP Photosmart C309a. Any assistance would be appreciated, since this is my work printer, and printing e-mail is important for all the filing!
