Hey, hang on!!! I thought Windows LIve Mail was now unusable. I received umteen emails from Microsoft telling me to find something else quick because it wouldn't work for much longer.

So I've been using Window 10 Mail and I won't express my opinions on that!

This is to seek a solution to not opening of my windows live email id . Kindly help me since each time when i login it opens the outlook.com page and there no button is working. Kindly help me since its my official i,d and i need to open it urgently.

I did a reimage on my Lenovo desktop computer and then upgraded to Windows 10 Home.  I reinstalled Windows Live 12 email and it is running slow when clicking from message to message and account to account.  Same antivirus as before.  Please help

I need to be able to reset the administrator login to access my computer I may need a factory system reset disc and I want to know if there is a free download online .if not how much will it cost to get what I need.

also if I have a system recovery disc for a sonny computer but have both disc's can I use them to reset my Toshiba .I understand that I will lose some of the files.

once reset will I have to down load windows 7 agin and if so can I just install windows vista instead

my iPad recorded video won't be read by Win Movie Maker.  I tried changing the file type name to many of those listed in movie maker's video file types list - such as avi., mpg., m1v. etc , but I only get the audio to copy over. I need the video with it to turn in my class assignment.

I am currently using windows 10.

I want to install windows movie maker.

But every time I try to install or uninstall a feature I got prompted that you need to install (.net framework 2.0 or 3.0).

But I can't install it.

We are at wits end and cannot find the appropriate resource.  I have Windows 10.

Today I lost all functionality on my desktop for Outlook and email.

All folders are gone - we have searched everywhere for any indication of my email and cannot find.

This is quite maddening and there appears no real direct resource to assist with such a crisis.

Please provide some help.  I have many questions about why Outlook does certain things.  Like every time I try to close it it says I if I exit I may lose messages - It also appears not to be working online or disconnected much of the time.  Sometimes when I try to Send/Receive it is trying to sync but looks to have difficulty.

I have a brand new Dell.  Even my address book is gone.  I have emails on my cellphone and ipad.  

HELP - please.

After not using my basement computer in a couple of months I went back on it. It would send/receive new messages on everything BUT hotmail and NO hotmail accounts would work. I uninstalled and reinstalled. The reinstall was an older version but I like that better anyhow. I still have the same problem. I copied the error message:

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your account has been configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web. Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx', Protocol: HTTPMail, Port: 80, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x8DE00005, Error Number: 0x8DE00005

I can load hotmail just fine on my laptop and on this computer on the web. I prefer live because it is easier to save email for work (i.e. place on a certain file) and all accounts are visible without signing and logging in as another account.
