Live Mail no longer works at all now for me with either of my email accounts.
I tried deleting an account then adding it back, nothing.
I tried deleting the program then re-installing it, nothing.
Every time I get this box.

I am currently using W 10o. so many things to do. But at every step its asking to get permissions.Its laggy sometimes.
I have been using Windows sice I was a kid.I love Cortana,simple yet compatible.But it is not starting in my laptop. I am open to suggestions. hope to get a positive reply soon.
Since my email address is used as personal and professional, I cannot use it because other email services think it is still windows live and windows live rejects the address. I have tried syncing it with other email accounts, but still have a management problem. What can I do and still keep my default address?

I get a message coming up saying "A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again".
I can receive emails in Windows Live Mail but not open them and I can't send emails. I get the same message as given above.
I have tried to repair Window Essentials and it says it's done but there's no change. I've even uninstalled then downloaded and re-installed Window's lIve Mail and there is still no change. If the program is corrupt, how do I fix it?

My husband died on October 26 and my emails simply languished in Outbox and no one received notification. SHAME on Microsoft!
Now I have 18 emails sitting there as I try to save Storage Folders before quitting WLM altogether. Please help me send forward them to my address so I can save needed information! HELP an elderly lady, please!
