Question about Outlook Express

I have been using Windows Live Mail until a couple of days ago when automatic updates were applied (12/15). Now it will not start.  Any suggestions?  I have not used Outlook. Thanks.

These services, verified with Task Manager and Resource Monitor, are responsible for 100% of disk usage and freezing my system. Disk usage goes to zero when processes are ended. Obviously I want to continue to receive email. Please advise. Thank you.

I have imported my video files from my JVC camcorder which uses avchd files.  Movie maker imports only the audio but not the picture.  When I play the video, it sound great but I do not see the picture in the story board or the preview window.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  I recently up graded my windows from 7 to 10 this summer with the free upgrade and I don't know if this how anything to do with it?  This is my first time using movie maker, I never used it with windows 7.  Any help out there?  Thank you.

Is there an update or replacement for Windows Live Photo Gallery 2012?  If I need to uninstall and reinstall Gallery will I lose my pictures or the folder structure? I have been routinely downloading/importing pictures from my Galaxy Mini 3 by Photo Gallery 2012.  The last effort failed to import with a warning message.  So ??.
