I have grouped all like subjects together--news, sports, weather, etc.  But, when I try to type the groups "name" above the tiles, nothing happens.  I type the name using the keyboard but it does not display above the tiles!!!

I've been working on a slideshow project in Windows Live Movie Maker, and it always works just fine in Movie Maker itself. All of the pictures have an animation (zoom out center, pan up, etc.). When I save the project, two of these pictures always lag, no matter what. I've changed the animation and the picture, but it always lags at that same exact moment. It only lasts for the duration of these two pictures, and it happens like clockwork. Is there a reason for this? What am I doing wrong?

Every time I try to send a message to someone else on Xbox Live, a pop-up appears saying "This message could not be sent". Says basically the same thing when I try on PC. I've searched up solutions and other possible answers but none of them seem to work.

might there be a software program available that can be downloaded to replace Windows Media Player?  Would like to make movies like I used to using Windows 7.  Is there software that can be purchased commercially for download?

When I open the movie maker that I have installed on my laptop, it has a pop up when it first opens that says " sorry movie maker cant start. Make sure your video card meets the minimum requirements, update the driver for it, and then try again." When i press cancel or the "X' on the pop up it closes the whole movie maker. What is the video card, and what driver is it asking for me to update ?

I spent many hours with the Movie maker and found very strange behavior. 1. When I have pictures and video clips randomly in the project then it stops at the start of the first movie clip while saving for DVD; saying that "there are missing or unusable files in your movie Maker Project that are preventing your movie from being saved.."  (error message 0x887A0005). In the project, The Movie Maker plays clips without any issue. The clips are playable in MS Media player also. 2. When I placed all the clips at the end of all the pictures and did the same, then also the same message appeared. 3. When I had only media clips only in the project, then it goes thru without any issue. 4. When I have only pictures (no movie clips) then also it goes thru without issue. 5. The problem is the mixed mode when pictures and movie clips are together. I had used the Maker before and never encountered this issue. I even reloaded The Movie Maker under my Admin account to make sure it is not corrupt but found no success. Codecs and file location are not issues. Perhaps an expert from Microsoft can answer about this behavior. A programmer has missed something and did not check the transition between pictures and movie.

I've completed my movie and now when I try to save it for high definition TV, I get an error message that I don't have enough space on the drive to save the movie which is ridiculous.  I've tried both file formats to no avail.  Any ideas?

I have Windows 10 on a Toshiba Laptop.
I have been having a problem with my Windows Live Mail 2012. It does not open sometimes and I get the "Windows Live Mail Error (0x80041161)" pop up.
I go to programs and I right click on Windows Essentials and then left click on Uninstall/Change to repair it. This works for a then starts doing the same thing again. I kept doing the same thing to fix.

I read this here I believe and tried it.>>Check if the windows live-id sign assistant service is disabled/ stopped. Start the service and then Windows Live mail should startup.<< I went to "admin tools" in the control panel to find "services" but did not see it. Saw "component service", but nothing in there about Live-ID sign in.

I tried this also to fix problem. It was not on Automatic (Delayed Start) so I made it so.
The service has changed its name for Windows 10 and it's called Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant, possibly because it's also involved in the Windows sign-in when using a Microsoft Account.
Close down all running programs.
Press Windows key Image + R to open a Run box.
Type services.msc and press Enter.
In the Services window, look for Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant and double-click on it.
If it's not there, find Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant and double-click on that instead.
Whichever you find, is its Service status Running or not?
In the Start-up type dropdown, select Automatic (Delayed Start), then click Apply and OK.
Close the Services window and restart the computer.
Try launching Windows Live Mail.

So this worked for 2 days and then I am back to the same problem. What am I missing?

After starting up my laptop, at times after I do these things, I get this black pop up that says, >>"Failed to connect to a Windows service. Windows couldn't connect to the group Policy Client service. This problem prevents standard users from signing in. As a administrative user, you can review."<<
I am the only one that uses this laptop. I don't know if this has anything to do with my problem

Hi!

I have over 5000 emails that are unread. I have a few hundred emails in my Inbox that i wish to keep. Most of these unread emails are youtube notifications.

How can i delete all the youtube notification emails in one go without having to delete everything in my inbox? I do not want to use the Ctrl+A feature because that only lets me delete 27 emails every time --> I would have to do that trick 186 times
