Question about Outlook Express

One day I checked my windows live mail 2012, and it rejected the password, I didn't change anything, why can't I get into the email?

I use Paint.Net to make backgrounds JPG's transparent then save it as PNG.  When I add the picture to the movie project it correctly displays as a transparent background.  However when I save it as a movie file then play it, the older version of the picture with the non-transparent background is there.

This doesn't happen to all pictures.  For example, I whipped up a drawing using Paint, saved it as PNG, made the background transparent, it works fine.  I find a JPG online, use Paint.Net to make the background transparent, then save as PNG - doesn't display correctly in MM.

Anyone know how to correctly get converted JPG's that are now PNG's to display correctly?

This is kinda long and confusing but I will try to simplify it as much as possible.  So to start I am on my brothers computer trying to install movie maker which I have on my computer and when i downloaded it, it was super easy but his computer is weird. He is running Windows 7 professional with 64 bit operating system. When downloading essentials I click on all of them (the recommended one) and i get this error message: Couldn't install or change your programs.  Couldn't install these programs: Photo Gallery and Movie Maker (the ones we care about). Only an administrator (witch i am) can install, uninstall, or repair Windows Essentials programs on this computer. Error 0x80070005   Source: D3DX9 all the same stuff again but this time Couldn't install these programs: Mail, Messenger, Family Safety, Photo Gallery and Movie Maker, Writer.  It looks like another program is preventing the installer from working.  Error: 0x80070643  Source: crt90-i386  .

What i tried to do after this every time is download all the files from my computer that work fine and perfect and put them on his computer and it was working well (this one thing that was weird tho is that when i tried to move some files it would say i needed to be and administrator [i am] id click on it but it would say it failed and i had 2 options try again and cancel clicking try again would do nothing and it wouldn't work. so to get around this i moved the file to the desktop then did it without trouble then moved it back.) then when i tried to start it it would say UXcore.dll was missing i found it in the shared thing in windows essentials and move it to photo gallery and did that again for another one, after that it wanted wlidcli.dll and i had to download that from the web and i put that in photo gallery and that brings us to now were when i try to start movie maker i get no error or notification it just has the loading icon near the mouse and then goes away and does nothing.  

When using Movie Maker, the transition effect does not appear correctly.
There is no problem when using the first source,

  - use more than one source
  - Click on another source and click on the first source again.

  The transition effect disappears

How do you solve it?

After updating from w10 1511 to w10 1607 Live Mail now has problems.

When deleting messages Live Mail 2012 gives "unknown error" message then says "deleting messages"  and never finishes.

Any suggestions on fixing would be appreciated!

What properties might be changed to allow this?  

What properties are critically needed for the change?

Is there a basic incompatibility?
