I archive my digital photos and documents according to their provenance (organized by source, etc), but I need to arrange these items by locality, families, subjects, etc. without duplicating the original images. So I create shortcuts for the images and I then move and duplicate the shortcuts as needed to arrange them for display. This allows images to be linked to one or more contexts without duplicating or moving the originals.
Unfortunately, the Photo Gallery extension which allows editing and tagging in images cannot work with the shortcuts. I must manually locate and work on the originals, which is a much more tedious process when working from the display context. This Photo Gallery extension needs be able to find and open the original image from its shortcut, to streamline this process.
I know there are similar posts relating to this but my problem is slightly different.
I have a 'Windows Live Mail 2012' mail client synced to the new Windows 10 mail account. Until recently I had a Yahoo mail account also synced to my Windows account. After the reports of Yahoo accounts (including mine) being hacked I decided to delete my Yahoo account completely.
I also deleted my Yahoo mail account.
My problem is that whenever someone sends an email to my Windows account I get that mail to my Windows account but it also wants to send a copy to my deleted Yahoo account.
The sender then gets the following :
Mail delivery failed : returned to sender
The following addresses failed:
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***
host mx-eu.mail.am0.yahoodns.net [188.125.69.79]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
554 delivery error: This user doesn't have a yahoo.co.uk account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) [-5] - mta1107.mail.ir2.yahoo.com
The above is a test email I sent to myself . *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was my Yahoo address.
So it seems that somewhere in my system Yahoo is still lurking. How to I get rid of it.
I hope you can understand the seemingly rambling nature of the above.
I'm running Windows 10 and LiveMail 11.This mail handler froze today after trying to send a photo via the Windows Live Photo gallery.
Now WLM will not open, I just get the Check Box showing 3 of 8 tasks completed successfully, so I can't actually get into WLM.
Any suggestions please?

Today I opened up my photo gallery to edit some photos.
After opening up the photo editor a few times, I suddenly got a popup saying there's an update for "Windows Essentials 2012". The window looked legit and I downloaded it.
However, I read online that Windows Essentials just got discontinued January 10th, 2017. Today is January 15th.
In "programs and features", it says "Windows Essentials 2012" has a publisher of "Microsoft Corporation" and the build is 16.4.3528.0331
I can't find a latest updates page for windows essentials anywhere. I've uninstalled the program for now.
Should I be worried I downloaded a virus?
Whenever I try to sign in to my Photo Gallery a pop up appears asking for my Pin. There is no location to enter a pin. I do have have the two step verification on my phone.
When i try to enter a pin as the password it states that the password is incorrect.
