you have customers jumping through hoops just to get email! get your act together...you're making too much money to screw your loyal customers..if you don't appreciate us...perhaps some other company will.
all I want to do is get my mail, sync with yahoo, an No! I do not want to buy Microsoft 365 and pay for it every year, when the program you have now is not working worth 2 cents, and even your customer service staff can't figure out the problem, just because I bought a new computer.
you should be ASHAMED of yourself! people who use your programs should not have to jump through hoops just to use it.
I need WLM 2012 back so I can contact all the people I have listed there as contacts. I have my contacts backed up, but they know me from the email address I was using. Some are old, some are nervous about phishing. This should not be considered an unreasonable request. Yet I can not find a good download of version 2012.
I'm all for progress, folks, but some things still work. WLM 2012 was working fine for me, now how do I get it back?
Used Windows Live Mail until last week on Windows 10. Restored computer & Windows Mail appeared. Panicked but found contact list in a wab file. How do I move said contacts to Windows Mail?
"Three of my contact groups will not come up in the auto complete list when I go to email a group. All other emails are on the auto complete list I have to go to my address book to get the group, they are all there if I get them for the address book. I could not fine that particular problem on the net. The want me to delete the auto complete list. If
I do that will I loose all my contact in the contact group. It worked before with windows 7 office. I use Gmail and have for years.

I was surprised to find that Windows Photo Gallery has completely changed today. It has a completely different layout. I have been using it for years and have thousands of photos and videos stored on it. Since today 28.01.17 I just don't know where to start, I am really panicking as I use it nearly every day! Help please!
