Problems with New MSN Premium Explorer.

Just paid my fee and I now have the new MSN Premium Explorer.  There are changes with the new program and one of them is the folders on the left side.  Under FOLDERS ON COMPUTER there are a number of folders that I don't want or need.  How do I remove them.  I can click the delete folder and they disappear but come right back.  They really have this messed up.  I have also lot of saved material in other folders that somehow didn't make the change.  Can I get the old MSN ExplorerI use to have back where only the folders I needed were there?  I would appreciate any help.  Thank you.  Judy

WLM 2012 update message IMAP win 10

Hi all,

I recently switched from POP3 to IMAP and it works well except for the occasional message that WLM 2012 is updating.  As MS no longer supports WLM 2012, why am I getting this message?

One of the resaons I switched was I stareted getting server response errors which disappeared once I switched to IMAP.

I have tried Thunderbird as an email client but that is doing funny things with folders as well, generating new ones which I can only delete via the web interface, not form the  client.

IMAP and WLM 2012 on Win 10

Hi all,

I am running WLM 2012 with all updates and Win 10.  Has worked fine and still does.  I recently switched to IMAP and that works fine as well.  I am not using MS calendar, I use Google, so thet sync issues are not a problem for me. 

However, there seems to have been a change with my provider,  if I set IMAP root folder path to "Inbox" I do not get the user generated folders from my IMAP server.  If root folder is left blank, I get the user folders from my server.  It works correctly with another provider.

Why would this be?

Windows 10 Mail Forwarded Email Receiving Issue

Hi All

There seems to be an issue with the Windows 10 Mail program when receiving forwarded emails; it doesn't show the actual content of the forwarded email (i.e. past email content) but forwards the attachments.

I am using a GSuite (Google) email service.

So just to clarify, when I go into Gmail on my browser, it shows all the past emails in the thread, but the same email in the Windows 10 Mail only shows attachments and what the forwarder has written.

Is this a known issue or is there any way to work around this issue?

If I have a message rule sending a sender's mail to Junk and that same sender is on my safe list, what is the result? In other words, which instruction takes priority? Also, what is the result if the rule instead deletes the mail?

Movie Maker – there is no video or sound on the left side preview screen

Hi I imported several clips of one movie to piece together. When I uploaded them everything was working fine. I could see and hear the in the left side preview screen. I had several changes and was just playing with the Movie Maker so I did not save any work to is. I closed the program and shut down the computer. When I returned to start up again anytime I imported a clip to the Movie Maker it does import it but there is no video or sound on the left side preview screen. What can I do?

Syncing audio with video-

My video goes of sync about 3 minutes into a 5 minute video. When I try the add audio and try to adjust the audio to match the video at the 3 minute spot the audio goes to the audio at the beginning of the video.  It is not the audio for the spot where it goes out of sync. What am I doing wrong?
