Question about Outlook Express

I have used Windows 10 Live Mail a long time without any trouble but I realise that 3 days ago it stopped sending or receiving.  I can, however, still access my webmail OK so the trouble is not at the server end.  Has anyone any suggestions please?

all of a sudden my Windows Live Mail 2011 will not open/start.  

"Windows Live mail could not be started.  Closing Windows Live Mail.  Your calendar contains corrupt data that is forcing Windows Live Mail to close.  (0x8E5E0408).  

I am using Windows 10.

I don't use my Windows calendar.

I want to ask how i can sign in in to a windows live mail?

Because i have an acount and when i write my email adress, over  my email adress box show me <the email acount don't exist>.

what i can do to sign up my email?
