Question about Outlook Express

Hi,

I look after a small network of 20 odd Windows 7 machines that use WLM as the email client. In the last few months we've been getting the odd future dated email from certain people...but not all the time.

For example my manager emails from his Yahoo account which occasionally shows in WLM on most machines as having a received date of e.g.

01/01/24055 00:00

01/01/18709 00:00

I also get the odd incoming email from another BT account doing the same but, again, intermittently. If I look at the headers of these problematic emails I do not see these dates contained within. They all end in 00:00 though.

I can't work out what is responsible for this e.g.

- the sender's machine (date/time zone etc is fine)

- the receiving email server (received date and headers look fine when looking at webmail before downloading by a client machine)

- the receiving machines where, again, everything looks fine.

If I add the 'sent' column in WLM then that reads correctly.

Not sure how to troubleshoot further especially as headers look fine. One might assume it is all instances of the WLM client on all the machines that is at fault but that seems a bit far fetched. A typical header's dates look like this:

What should I do next?

The ability to select text to copy/paste started becoming intermittent in my emails, now doesn't work at all. It's driving me mad as I use the function a lot. Text selection still works fine in all my other programs (MS Word, Excel, Access, etc). I can use Ctrl A to select all the text, but once pasted, this means holding down the delete key to get rid of all the stuff I don't want.

In addition, I have google.co.uk as my default page in MS Edge and now text selection has started to become intermittent in the search box.

PS I wanted to cut/paste the 2nd sentence from this window, to move it to the end - but I couldn't!!!

Using Windows 10 Pro, AMD 64 bit processor

Please help, this is driving me mad!

I have just got a new hard drive with Windows 10+upgrade.  I had windows live mail on my old Windows 10 hard drive but cannot find a download that will now work.  I do not want to change to another email system if humanly possible.  Can anyone suggest a download that WILL work with newest version of Windows 10?

I am trying to send multiple photos, and it is automatically sending them as a ONEDrive attachement,

I don't want to send as one drive.  How can I change the settings so that it sends the images as an attachement
