I am trying to print a photograph - i would like to print it on to my 5x7 glossy paper.

I have select 5x7 glossy paper on my brand new printer.

However when I try to find a 5x7 on my brand new Window 10 pc there is no option. It does not exist!!

I have selected 'Letter' in printer properties, as suggested by a thread I found, but there is no option to custom the paper size.

I'm suck. Can any one help?

My computer Windows 10 updated last night when I restarted it and now with Movie Maker that I use Every single day has a serious problem considering I use it daily. I can no longer Drag -n- Drop files on Movie Maker. This makes it more time consuming for my projects and almost impossible for me to use now on a daily basis.

Windows 10, using a local account, but signed into WLM with my Microsoft account.

Let me start with: My computer is not offline, I can send/receive mail if I use the web app. Cox.net, as well as Gmail, are my email providers.

Windows live mail cannot receive mail on my computer. When I force Send/Receive, The Outbox, which is empty, thinks there are 3 messages to send. Because, I think, mail cannot be sent mail is never received.

I have tried signing our of Live Mail and signing in again. That did not help.

"Working Offline" is no longer a setting in IE 11.

The problem started sometime on or after March 14 while I was out of town and not using my computer.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks in advance,

John

Without having done anything, I found today that the categories I use to facilitate group mailing had  been emptied of contacts or left with very few. Is this recoverable and, if so, how?

I really don't want to have to rebuild them. If I do, is there a way I can back them up?

I am on Windows 10.

How to find my windows 10 movie maker

Earlier this week I had no problems playing my old MPEG files on both MS Media Player and Movie Maker. Now, these files won't play/work.  MP4 and MOV files still play/work.  The error screen I get is: "Windows Media Player has stopped working...A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

A Windows 10 upgrade happen sometime this week, so the timing seems to point to that event. Anyway, I downloaded the K-Lite Codec Pack Standard and that did not help. What works is if I convert these old MPEG files to MP4 files which means buying conversion software. (I tested this successfully with a trail version).  Before I buy, is there some simple setting change or whatever that can be done to solve this problem?
