Question about Outlook Express

I uninstalled Google Chrome to try to speed up my pc.  When I tried to watch something on Netflix there was no sound and I got No Audio Output Installed message. I reinstalled Google Chrome but still have same error message/no sound.  There must be an easy way to reinstall audio. I have zero tech ability so please keep it simple. Thanks. SF

This seems to be gone. Once my current install dies, which it is doing, I will lose access to all the material I creted over hundred and hundreds of hours. At the very least there ought to be a read only option. 20,00+ pictures and all that work gone!

WLM won't start - the pointer just spins for a short while then nothing happens.

I have tracked down a logfile (AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\) which has he following entry:

Zone_MailChk [db] Failed to load msmail.dll

Please can you advise.

 In addition to "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" being checked,  "Block images and other external content in HTML email" and "Restricted sites zone (More secure)" are also checked on my Security tab.  Is this what's causing the problem with sending photos?  If so, can I assume that deleting these would be safe considering that I have Norton Security.  Secondly, would it be alright to keep "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" and "Show images and external content sent from email addresses in my Safe Senders list?"

Is there an easy way to key U.S.A. holidays back into Windows Live Mail 2012?

Yet again I am having issues with Windows Live Mail and it appears the only alternative is to uninstall the program and then re-install afresh.

But Microsoft no longer offers support for this program and it cannot even be downloaded from the Microsoft website. 

If I uninstalled the program, how then could I reinstall it?  Are their any reliable third-party download sites where the program could be downloaded?  Does anyone know?

   I’m hoping this isn’t a technical question. I have gotten fairly proficient at Windows Movie Maker with importing and editing family home movies. One issue that happens and I don’t know why, is at times when I return to a unfinished project, all my previous editing is replaced with nothing but triangles with exclamation marks on them on all of the clips. That’s throughout the whole project and nothing is there/or plays!  Most recently, I put my work on flash drives and tested it to make sure that don’t happen again. I tried to open project on tower with no luck. (Nothing but those triangles) I tried the flash drives. (Same) I tried flash drives on 2 different laptops and got the same thing. Hours of work wasted???

I think I have seen Microsoft account and Windows account.  Are they the same thing?

My question is whether having multiple Microsoft/Windows accounts to be avoided, because I think I do?  I see a common recommendation to use your Microsoft,Windows account when entering a new site, but never an explanation why.

If I should reduce the number of accounts, how can I find where they are and what I should do with them?  It seems to me a matched Email address and password could have some value.
