With WLM now, after the 1st change of server name, the server was live.com now again do I need to change them to outlook.office365.com
Is this why I cannot download the folders and receive error when re-doing the email acct
I have Windows Live 2012 (new to it within the last 6 months) and created Categories to send group emails, but often when I go to send an email to the group, several contact names are missing (not always the same ones). For example, if I have a category
with 10 email addresses, only 4 will show up, all the rest are gone from the category, although they are still in my actual contacts. But this means that each time I go to send a group email I have to double check that all the names are there, and if not,
go back and re-add the missing names to the category. This happens several times a week, and for no apparent reason (haven't done an update, restarted, etc.)
I've seen similar problems posted on here, but none exactly the same, and no fix yet even though it seems to have been a problem for years now. Please help!

one of my computers has windows xp. the windows live photo gallery does not include the retouch tool, I there any way i could upgrade to the version that has it. i believe it was bundled in vista.

I understand there are different contact list depending on whether one is signed in or not. My problems is that although I sign in on start up, I have been losing names from category lists. a list of 37 may drop to 35 and then 32 for no obvious reason. If not noticed an people can be missed from a group e-mail.
As an experiment I have signed out, corrected the list (off-line) and then restarted not signed-in.
The category lists were completely different.
I've gone back to signing-in on start-up but see no reason when this problem will not continue.
As far as I know, I have not lost contacts fro the All Contacts List.
I used Photostory 3 for many years on an old windows XP system and was satisfied with its functionality. Therefore I now installed it on my Sony VAIO Windows 10 notebook. Editing the story worked well but when trying to convert my photo story to wmv format step 2 hangs with 0% progress. The problem is reproducable. I deinstalled and reinstalled the application by using PStory.msi but the problem persists.
Any hints? Are there any prerequisite software components I could check?

I have a Lexmark printer. When I want to print off of any web page in MS Edge, I get a blank page. I tried all of the fixes, remove printer, reinstall printer software and nothing works. Still a blank page in Edge. My printer does work perfectly in any MS Office program and on MS Internet Explorer. Nothing in Edge. I do have the latest Windows 10 software, Windows 10 Insider Preview 14342. Must be an issue with Edge? I will continue to use Internet Explorer until this is fixed. Require Lexmark Printer Helpline.
