Question about Outlook Express

Hey guys, I was wondering if there is any way on how to access an "old-aged" film on Windows Movie Maker version 12? The only version that can be accessed in Windows 10?

By the way, is there a package full of visual effects on how to do this? Or, can I get the older version of WMM? 

I got Windows Movie Maker 12 today, and I was hoping if you guys could help me with the visual effect I have to access.

Suddenly today my Windows Live Mail allows me to get my emails, but I cannot send. Any ideas, suggestions on how to fix?

Just switch to a terrestrial ISP from satellite and now my Live Mail will not sign into or poll my email from gmail.  I have changed nothing on my computer, only the way it is connected to the net, so there should be no problem, but.....   and we have all been there.

My settings are SMTP 465, SSL checked, and POP3 995 SSL checked.  Sign in is with clear text. 

Anyone any ideas what to try?  I have tried unchecking the SSL boxes, and the default settings, and still it will not sign in.

I see that it no longer has any official support but does that mean there are no downloads out there? i cannot find any but i have found some sites that "offer" it for a charge which i'm pretty sure is both a virus and illegal as they are using microsoft images and names to make a profit.

Can anyone help me find a basic, easy to use alternative or point me to a place to download the real movie maker 2012?

I currently have a verizon.net email account that I access using Windows Live Mail. Verizon will soon stop providing email services, requiring all users to migrate to another email service.  My question is, when I no longer have email through verizon, will I still be able to access my contacts on Windows Live Mail?  As I understand it, WLM is a separate program, and any address book, calendar, or other information on there should not be affected by verizon's exit from providing email services, correct?  Thanks.

Hi Richard,

I found out that if I apply our solution I can indeed open attachments, however then drag and drop (an attachment into a mail I am composing) doesn't work anymore! If I untick "run as administrator" then drag and drop works, however then then I can't run attachments! That is, some attachments (.jpg) do work, others don't.

I think it might have to do with user permissions and permission levels... I understand MS is changing permissions in an attempt to make it harder for hackers to break in...

I am curious if I can have both because I use them both extensively in WLM 12 - easily the best mail program I came across.

It makes us wonder why MS are time and time again killing great programs for inferior products. Grmpff...

the wifi adapter isn't installed in this new laptop lonovo yoga 300. I have upgraded to windows 10, but the icon is nowhere to be see and isn't in device manager or in network adapter either. could someone help please? Gracias.
